Failure to comply If the convicted person fails or refuses to ask Australian people politely for food as required under section 3 (c), or is found to have obtained food by any other means. The court shall order that the person be confined to a designated waterhole in the geographic centre of Australia for such a period as the court thinks fit. 5. Administration The Minister may make regulations prescribing the exact shade of orange, the locations of begging zones, and the coordinates of the designated central waterhole, and basic needs. 6.
