You don't know about coal mines....
neither can EV Trucks according to a post I saw yesterday - Volvo to receive $70m
wait until you do the sums on nuclear
LCOE small scale batteries $400.00 per mWh. nuclear $200, new coal $120
Can you plot the price of coal and gas over the past decade?
The government should not subsidise renewables. They should stand on their own
If people wan't to build renewables that's up to them, but the government shouldn't be subsidising it
There are way more subsidies paid to the fossil fuels industry than renewable energy industries.
My solar works very well without subsidies…has done so for 15 years plus…
Neither can gas and coal
Neither can the fossil fuel industry 😂
Every energy source has received government support at different times, so the real question is which mix delivers reliable, affordable power. If projects can't stand on their own over time, taxpayers deserve to know why. Energy policy should focus on keeping electricity reliable, lowering costs, and ensuring public money delivers value.
Lovely!
But wasn't it supposed to be the cheapest form of energy?
And hopefully the Gov doesn't.
Trusting Malcolm Roberts on anything to do with energy policy is like trusting a fox with the keys to the henhouse

Can someone ask Malcolm about all the coal fired power generation that has been built over the last 20 to 30 years? You would think at least Gina would be building it, if it was possible to make a profit.
So out of curiosity Malcolm, who will pay for all these coal power fired stations you lot have promised, or the nuclear you are also proposing because there's no private investors at all interested
If they are so profitable and sustainable, then why do they need to be underwritten ?
Wanna show us wholesale generation cost then malcolm. Always good to back up your claims with real data
We should indeed be removing subsidies for much larger leeches like corporations paying zero tax and removing mining subsidies. Funny you are silent on that much bigger problem……..
Senator Malcolm Roberts mate coal has needed subsidies for over a century
This is how Labor LIES TO YOU about tax hikes!!! ... See MoreSee Less
Senator Malcolm Roberts I like how you ask the questions that make it difficult for the other people to answer 🤣 solid truth 👍
An empty vessel makes the most noise....
If he gives you $10 in one hand he is already taking $20 out the other!
Yeah.. thanks albo for my $5 per week tax cut... pfft
Didn't they say rent will go up $2 per week, i think that has been blowing out of the water. Up 6.4% higher then this time last year, it will get worse. I can't believe people actually support labour. Prices are still rising in woolworths, it will never stop. We could always trade mark " Um.um um ah um" then we can sue labour for using it, and de sentence " I will have to take it on notice" that would bugger them.
If it wasn't for One Nation Australians wouldn't know what this lieber government are doing. Thank you Malcolm your a very wise and smart man God Bless you😃
Example… kids buy a block of land then pay it off and build your home.. Nuh labor Victoria has a land tax on a 50,000 or above tax.. tell me where the hell you can even buy land worth less than 50,000 unless it’s whoop whoop near nothing on a dirt track !! it’s a farce l bet in the future they will CGT the selling of your own property
Who let grandad out of the home?
It's interesting that he admits that most Australians are living week to week during his second term in office, and that most Australians are struggling. He's had many years to help working Australians create wealth and ease ongoing financial pressure but he's admitting that we are working week to week. What a strange thing to admit.
Albo acknowledges that "most Australians have nothing to sell but their time, and nothing to give but their hard work". We are compensated for our time and hard work with money. The government recklessly spends our dollars and inflates our currency, effectively robbing us of our time and hard work. When we invest our hard earnt dollars into investments that will help us to, at the very least, MAINTAIN the value of the dollars we earned, before inflation robs us of it value, the government then turns around and increases CGT on the profits effectively cancelling any attempt to try and save the value of our time and hard work. We can choose to put our money into the bank and watch the value of it continue to dwindle over time. Or we can take risks to invest it, and the government will take a huge chunk anyway. Its a lose lose situation.
The costs associated with building a new house vary from 37 to47 percent (depending on which state you live in)in taxes and compliance costs to various arms of government. That is a big part of why housing is so expensive.Dont forget unfettered immigration competing for a limited stock of homes.More taxes aren’t the answer, they are just in labor’s DNA.
Yeah with what..my 10 dollar tax return
The plane the plane
Keep up the good work Malcolm. We appreciate you more than you know. We need One Nation to grow. Australia is being destoryed along with our lives. We are being pushed into poverty and turning into a third world country.
Malcolm who?
And Hundred living in tents 😢
It's all very well to rail against the changes to negative gearing but, negative gearing is only useful to the house owners. It is no good at all to people wanting to buy a house/property. Negative gearing helps the wealthy get wealthier. (I have owned multiple houses before retiring).
The new tax laws have seen the cost of houses come down, which makes them more affordable for buyers. Give it another year and the price will increase at a more realistic rate instead of the artificially inflating rate caused by speculative investors. Stop your bloody whinging and invest your money in new built housing or something wise and sustainable like renewable energy.
I don't see how you increasing tax and making new taxes is good for struggling people and people that want to invest everything will they do We are gaining less and less and we are struggling to get ahead.
One nation ; ah they were up at one stage till people worked them out
If Australian Labor Party is really supporting the common man in Australia and screaming “tax the rich”. If they are going to more heavily tax assets and passive income. … great. …..but if they are doing that then how about cutting income tax to 20% (or less) for the average Australian 🇦🇺 who earns their income the old fashion way with their own two hands 🙌. The top marginal income tax rate in Hong Kong is 17%! Their economy seems to be doing pretty good. And businesses are open longer and people work harder when they don’t have to give half (47%) of their money away to the government. (Is anyone actually surprised by that fact?) I know a lot of hard working people (nurses, FIFO labourers, tech, who work their asses off and now find themselves in Australia’s top bracket giving half their income away to Uncle Albo. Young people in this country aren’t stupid. More and more young plate earning their living in mobile industries and the world is smaller. Don’t think they won’t pack up and move to another country that actually rewards hard work. Labor can’t over tax the asset classes AND the working man. It’s un Australian 🇦🇺 and it’s a tax on ambition. Tall poppy syndrome is endemic among Labor and the Greens. Who would have thought that in 2026 the Chinese 🇨🇳 government loves capitalism and the Australian 🇦🇺 government loves communism. 💁♂️ Australia should have a top marginal income tax of no more than 20%. Watch how hard people work when they actually get to keep their money.
Yep you've got that 💯 percent right that's for sure
Is there anything good happening in Australia
We know several people who cannot get a bank loan at the moment even with good paying jobs lots equity and money in bank
During the June Estimates sessions, I exposed a regulator unwilling to confront the obvious – thousands of coal minders have been underpaid for years while the Fair Work Ombudsman hides behind outdated enterprise agreements and technical excuses.
Miners provided evidence and the regulator ignored it. Awards required permanency and enterprise agreements undermined it. Australia’s largest wage-theft scandal, affecting an estimated 5,000 workers, continues because no one in authority will confront it.
This session laid bare a system that has failed miners, failed the award, and failed it’s statutory duty to uphold a fair minimum safety net.
If the system won’t protect workers, someone has to call it out.
One Nation will always call it out.

5000 isn't even close to the largest. But you'd know that if you were actually interested in workers' wellfare
They do more babbling, than telling their answer
Im pretty sure they are over minimum wages with many bonuses for work conditions.
Senator Malcolm Roberts - not sure what you exposed there. They answered your questions within their current scope which is what they should be doing. You sighted one particular instance without context or relevance as to whether it is new or part of an ongoing investigation. As Dr Karl said you think 7x3 equals a bicycle. You are looking for answers that don't exist in the belief you hold a smoking gun.
Well done, Malcolm, for calling it out and alerting Australians to how this Labor government wastes our hard-earned taxpayers' money as if it grows on trees. Hold them accountable!
But you vote not to rise minimum wages......curious
Malcolm Roberts has no idea of what he is asking. His questions are not exposing anything.
Australian small businesses are struggling to survive, weighed down with enormous overhead costs, taxes, insurance and levies
No answer again
Modern award which ignores long hours and overtimes. It also ignores inflation and living wage.
30 YEARS ON THE ROAD… AND STILL GOING NOWHERE Three decades is enough time to prove whether a political party can do more than protest. After nearly 30 years, One Nation has: • Never formed a federal government. • Never held a federal ministerial portfolio. • Remained a small parliamentary party with six federal parliamentarians. Australia isn’t choosing a mascot. It’s choosing who can manage a $700+ billion federal budget, national security, healthcare, education, infrastructure and the economy. A protest vote can send a message. A government vote decides Australia’s future. After 30 years, it’s fair to ask: where is the experienced team ready to govern?
Who was called out ? Is that on another video ?
We need more people to mind the coal !!!!!!
You have to call out loud as raising your hands you won't be seen.
Where are the unions?
I can't recall ,What are they paid for
Yet One Nation voted against criminalising wage theft.
What are ‘coal minders’, are they a west Bengali thing?
Casualised workforce. And way back when "enterprise bargaining" i wonder who invented that beauty ??
coal minders? Is that job?
Where's your comment Dan Repacholi?
Nice one Mini Mal Coal ( Minders ) 🤣🤣🤣 Mr 7+7= bicycles strikes again 🤩
These the same workers Pauline talked about? This is a politician who knows a lot more than she did 30 years ago about what works for her. Asked directly about wages and conditions for battlers, Hanson sided with bosses, delivering a line even Liberal politicians from the WorkChoices era would have been afraid to utter. "Businesses tell me you can't sack people these days. They're on the phones, they don't work, they don't turn up, they actually are lazy."
