Fuel tax credits are not subsidies. There is a tax placed on liquid fuels to pay for road infrastructure. vehicles that do not operate on the road infrastructure are rebated the tax so they are not paying for something they do not use. To suggest that this has anything to do with climate policy is itself misinformation.
