Your big problem is that all the old coal fires power stations are at the end of their life. You need to rebuild them. Does your economic modelling take that into account? None of the power companies want to rebuild them, they’ll have to be government funded, what services are you going to cut to finance the rebuild, and how many public servants will you have to employ to run the government corporation you need to establish.
