Fighting for Australians.
With a long history of seeking the truth, Malcolm believes Parliament needs to return to the facts to get back on track. Malcolm’s areas of focus include:
Reducing electricity prices, increasing the supply of reliable energy and ending the government obsession with renewables.
Ending the control of unelected bureaucrats over Australia’s way of life, exiting the United Nations and restoring our sovereignty.
Opposing full foreign ownership of Australian land and forcing multinational companies to pay their fair share of tax.

During my second session with AHPRA, I asked their representatives about their neutrality, bureaucratic overreach and entanglement with radical ideological and political advocacy groups.
When I asked whether AHPRA caseworkers even possess the basic competence to distinguish between a psychoanalytic view of psychosis and a genuine psychotic disorder, or whether they're weaponising ignorance to take unwarranted action against doctors, he could not provide an answer and took it on notice.
More importantly, I am extremely concerned about AHPRA’s institutional alignment with politicised organisations such as ACON and its Pride in Diversity program, including their active membership and participation in the Australian Workplace Equality Index.
Despite admitting that no formal assessment has ever been conducted to evaluate whether these ideological partnerships create actual or perceived conflicts of interest, Mr Untersteiner hid behind procedural bureaucracy and evasive talking points.
When asked how AHPRA can possibly claim to be an independent, unbiased regulator while paying to participate in programs designed to push progressive inclusion agendas, they dodged my questions, basically admitting they have no defence for the exorbitant legal costs hardworking Australian doctors face when forced to defend themselves against unaccountable regulators.

Meanwhile, PH is being massively influenced by Rinehart, but we are not supposed to notice that.
The fella doesn't understand what it is being asked
Is 'take it on notice', code for "unprepared to answer questions"⁉️ Asking for a friend....
The community don’t need AHPRA to protect them from health professionals. The community need health professionals to protect them from AHPRA!
Thank you Senator Roberts, please do not lose heart. Your questions may awaken the conscience of fence-sitters in Parliament. I do hope so.

Not answering the questions is he. Throwing off ill take that on notice
There’s a rather large difference between asking an accusatory question at Senate Estimates and proving the accusation contained in the question. Yes, AHPRA confirmed that it is a member of Pride in Diversity, an ACON workplace inclusion program, and participates in the Australian Workplace Equality Index. Yes, when Malcolm Roberts asked whether AHPRA had undertaken a formal assessment of whether that membership created an actual or perceived conflict of interest, AHPRA said it had not. But AHPRA did not admit that it was biased, ideologically captured or politically compromised. In fact, its CEO explicitly said he was confident the membership did not create a conflict and explained that regulatory decisions are governed by legislation and professional codes, made through independently appointed professional boards, and are subject to external review. The same sleight of hand occurs with the psychosis question. Roberts asked whether individual AHPRA caseworkers could distinguish a psychoanalytic use of "psychosis" from a psychotic disorder. AHPRA took the question on notice. "I'll take that on notice" is not an admission that caseworkers are incompetent, let alone that they are "weaponising ignorance." And the claim that AHPRA "basically admitted they have no defence" for doctors' legal costs is simply not what happened. Roberts asked about the cost of going to court, his allotted questioning time expired, and no such admission was made. So strip away phrases such as "radical ideological", "weaponising ignorance", "politicised", "bureaucratic overreach" and "progressive inclusion agendas", and what are we actually left with? Roberts asked a series of questions. Some were answered. Some were taken on notice. He then took his own accusations embedded in those questions and presented them as though the hearing had established them as facts. It didn't. An accusation followed by "I'll take that on notice" is not evidence that the accusation is true.
Great work Malcolm 🙌🏾
Thanks Senator Robert’s - please keep asking these hard questions, and holding this woke ideology to account.
They can't answer those questions without having the lobbyists like equality Australia getting upset.
conflict of interest (common english) = making money off of business deals while in a public office. conflict of interest (A legal definition) = Crossing jurisdictional lines. often, like malcom with his donation to vax companies, while ordering people to get more vax... wasnt judged as conflict of interest in law... it was clearly in common english!
Thank you for asking them these very important and revealing questions Senator Malcolm Roberts
The reason they take out CTO constantly is to keep the drug psychosis active so they can claim a life style of financial revenue .I've sent AHPRA emails stating our case and the medication got higher and the CTO were organised as one ran out. I have proof of malpractice manipulation and abuse of power so Iam quiet happy to take our case to court.
Waffle be the phon playbook
Good on you!
You mean the Gina that sued her own children out of their inheritance... Great human there!
some of these evasions of parliamentary inquiry are contemptuous. It's time for the estimates to use their powers to get answers. Public servants and ministers need to be referred to the Senate for contempt. It is time to stop the bureaucracy from thinking they can do what they like. Senate estimates has power. It just isn't using it.
AHPRA does not pass the pub test nor Senator Robert's excellent questions based on scientific evidence‼️
It's sad Malcolm thinks he makes sense, was he asking them for a diagnosis or something?
Go Malcolm, it’s about time that these questions were answered!
Thank you Malcolm for bringing the spotlight on ahpra who do more harm than good to doctors by pushing their ideological ideals rather than protecting the public.
Check their bank accounts and who their friends are, most likely dodge criminals in parliament.
The time, energy and money spent protecting the definition of “woman” would be better spent advocating for the vital and crumbling network of organisations that actually protect women. / Instead of safeguarding a definition on paper it is better to make sure there is a budget for trauma counselling, a budget to help women fleeing violence, seek shelter, and staff to help women living through hell. Celebrating the exclusion of 0.44% of the population from Rape Crisis is performative. / The public conversation has been so warped by this red herring. It seems like a deliberate distraction to shift the focus away from the systemic mistreatment and abuse of women. All they have done is build trans people up as a straw man, muddy the media waters, and allow men to continue to abuse women. / And part of the reason that this gender definition war has gained so much traction is because it has allowed men to feel comfortable participating in a “women’s rights” issue. Men can join in and claim they are soldiers for the rights of women, staunch feminists, et cetera. Because it is not really about women anymore, it’s a debate about identity politics. Women’s rights through this lens are no longer about men’s behaviour. It is no longer about gender-based violence, coercive control, abuse, sexual assault, or rape. It's now a philosophical argument about gender. And it’s convenient. The gender debate has taken men’s accountability off the table. The only women’s rights issues that get attention are the ones men allow to be noticed. The fight that matters to me is the one that protects women and ensures they don’t end up immolated or strangled by men in their lives. / Trans people are not a threat. Research shows that trans, non-binary, lesbian, gay, and bisexual people face higher rates of gender-based violence than anyone else. One in four trans people in a relationship has experienced domestic abuse from a partner. We should be concentrating on rooting out the rot, the reason that anyone would need to access Women’s Aid or Rape Crisis in the first place. Budget cuts have gutted the third sector. What’s more, numerous studies have indicated that gender-based violence is exacerbated during recessions.
During this session with NDIS officials, I questioned them on their progress in tackling fraud within the scheme.
Here's an overview of how non-compliance and fraud are being tackled:
👉 29,000 tip-offs received annually, though not all represent actual fraud, with issues ranging from accidental errors to organised crime.
👉 Thousands of Australian Business Numbers are currently placed under manual payment controls and enhanced automated screening.
👉 400 active NDIS investigations are currently being handled by the NDIS Commission and taskforce partners out of 660 total taskforce cases.
👉 25 convictions have been recorded with sentences including up to 6 years in prison. Dozens of more cases are currently in the prosecution phase or awaiting final court sentencing.
Mr Dardo stressed that regulatory oversight relies on a full spectrum of interventions—from automated payment blocks to criminal prosecutions—to plug integrity leaks effectively.
Every step must be taken to ensure the NDIS remains financially sustainable and accessible for Australians that genuinely depend on it.

Show the proof that the money goes back to the recipients.
Malcolm, please ask about NDIS using Ai to assess participants eligibility- I predict many will have their funding cut off due to Ai involvement in, and changes to eligibility criteria and assessment processes.
She just said it loud and clear ‘ going after ndis fraudsters doesn’t really benefit the government’ …… that’s yr answer as to why they aren’t going hard enough!!!! Different story if they were profiting more from it!
NDIS, providers are overcharging.
What background do all these pollies have in the portfolio they are put in
29000 tip offs ,25 convictions ,thus is a federal crime maybe we need more AFP
Not enough being done. 29,000 tip offs, 25 convictions ?
The money is NOT going back to disabled people The reality is the NDIA are stripping much needed money from many disabled people. Try honesty Jenny - or get honest advisors
So to me it sounds like the ndis is not checking the so called providers
Maybe spend more on convicting fraud than taking honest people to the ART and you may save some money
Yet two blokes on YouTube can out these filthy rorters within days yet it takes public servants years, go figure
She should manage a sweatshop in China Best stitchup ever
I think she should be on the ndis
Thorough and it costs money to investigate
How did all these people survive before NDIS came along ????
Why did this take so long?
what is she for real
How does a person access all the specialist care needed if they dont know how to function without daily care , they need to stamp out the bad care providers doing wrong and put people in touch with care providers that are doing the right thing care providers should of had regular audits and screening all along
I got disability pension and total permanent disability however im not eligible for any assistance and been homeless over a year how great to be an Australian
Horse 🐎 poop cut their salaries and make performance based payments instead
While the NDIS Fraud Fusion Taskforce loves to drop impressive numbers—29,000 tip-offs, payment blocks, and 25 criminal convictions—these stats only address the symptoms of a much deeper disease. Enforcing criminal law against a few "bad apples" is entirely useless when the regulatory architecture itself is built to invite systemic non-compliance. The real vulnerability sits upstream in the structural independence of Approved Quality Auditors (AQAs). Right now, NDIS providers seeking registration go out, select, engage, and directly pay their own private auditors. Let's call that what it is: an inherent commercial conflict of interest. When an auditor’s financial viability and repeat business depend on keeping their paying clients happy, strict compliance quietly bends. It becomes a commercial handshake behind a government badge, leaving everyday participants completely exposed. True regulatory independence can't survive on market-driven auditing. If we want actual safety, we need to look at models that actually work—like Aged Care, where the regulatory body directly allocates and pays the auditors so independence isn't just a marketing slogan on paper. Until the system fixes that backend commercial loophole, we're just paying for sanitised PR while the front door stays wide open.
Senator Malcolm Roberts how about we just make it easier to apply to NDIS? so some of us don't have to be waiting since Q4 2022 😑
Where is the governing body that should have kept this in check since it started?
The buzz word more funding so the money you save is spent on funding to stop the rorts?
Fraud Could you expand on why the One Nation person who was allegedly assaulted by students at the EKKA did not make a formal complaint to the police for such a serious crime resulting in serious injury? Could you also expand why in an area with security cameras and with a high saturation if people each with a phone capable of obtaining video or photographs not a single picture or witness had come forward ? Could you also expand on why the alleged victim has removed the report? Could it have been an internal attempt of filing a fraudulent report?
Why are taxpayers bankrolling art projects that cross the line from "expression" into outright extremism?
Creative Australia admitted to funding nearly $100,000 for events linked to an artist who has publicly praised a listed terrorist organisation and celebrated violence.
We also learned that $48,000 went to an exhibition that mocked public figures and pushed divisive political messaging, followed by another $318,000 from the department for the same project.
Everyday Australians are sick of seeing their money poured into insider art projects that promote radical politics instead of strengthening community culture.
One Nation get's labelled as "divisive" for asking when taxpayer funding will start serving Australians, not ideology.
Labor keeps batting accusations back and forth like a game of political tennis, but we're not here to play — we're here to get answers for taxpayers.

It's as crazy as ABC.
What a fantastic show of how to dodge the issues at hand
Let’s start by making the ABC a subscription channel so all Australians can enjoy it - that way we do not waste Australians tax payers money? Then start on the Creative Australian wastage.
So hate speech is okay if it’s considered art
So if you reverse the situation And you had persons bagging out Labor ,then you would fund it ? Hahaha not likely
Wow! Restore integrity and accountability! 🥰🙏☦️💝 We are predominantly a Christian country. We do allow others their choice of spiritual worship within their own communities, not to be demanded that Christianity should bow down to it, but accept that there are spiritual nuisances that need to discerned and any negative connotations should not be subjected to the wider community. As for LGBTQR, sexualising preferences are a private matter, that is why they are referred to as intimate. Sexualising preference should not become a public display to be celebrated! I don't see heterosexuals having madigras about their choices. Madigras have been accepted for too long! Young minds need to be protected, firstly by their parents, secondly as a duty of the greater community. No one should be shamed, even if they choose differently to the status quo. We are all under the banner of humanity, and this must have its protective boundaries for the greater good of all.💝☦️🙏🥰
I would like to apply for one of these grants. I will need at least 500,000 to buy alot of tea towels for people to come up and burn them. I wonder if I would get a grant?
That's not art are you kidding me. Lmao 😂🤣
".. well you are now.." He looked like he was having his own " poetic" Oh Fruck moment. ❣️
He can’t answer money going ONE sided
Funding Labour votes
There should be no money going to kinder garden art projects 😂
Well Done Malcolm. Keep up the good work!
Creative Australia-The organisation has since acknowledged gaps in its contracts and is reviewing policies to allow termination of grants when artists engage in hate speech or extremist advocacy The organisation needs to ensure it meets societal norms.
Time to Trim Canberra. Big Trim coming. Here comes the Orange wave. Vote ONP
How bout our Aussie culture? 🤡🤡 Go ON 🧡💪🇦🇺 Thank you Malcolm
It’s called one rule for those Labor have allegiances with and continue to do so. Yet others are treated like criminals for free speech.
Freedom of expression is ok and publicly funded unless it’s an expression or views the government don’t agree with in which case you can go to jail for expressing them.
Are you prattling about Gina's portrait? Art captures what the eye does not see. In that sense it was as if she was in the room.
Tax payers should get our money back!
Hate speech laws are clearly only for deployment against white Christian or conservatives Australian citizens.
Why are we paying for this crap? Any artist worth his or her salt would be able to pay their own way in life. Maybe if they did they wouldn’t have so much time to spend going to the ubiquitous protests in our ever growing and divisive country.
Keep it up Senator Malcolm 👏👏👏
Not when it involves hate
Funding, a much misused word. In the context where politicians and public servants use the word Funding, it’s actually code for “other people’s money”. Now I’ve got absolutely no issue with artists expressing whatever floats their boat, but not on my money. We seem to have gotten far away from respecting other people’s hard earned, and putting it to the highest and best use for the betterment of the country.
