My thing is that I accept there are some people who struggle with their identity. I know people who have had sex changes and people who were born with both male and female genes (they are both male and female but with only male genitalia). What I do t accept is that the majority should see the world from their perspective… I just think we should use some of the wisdom other cultures have been using for centuries and have a 3rd sex that includes everyone who doesn’t fall under male and female. During the time of Covid, The World Health Organization (WHO) were dealing with Covid, changed the IDC11 policy on Gender incongruence. They removed it from the mandatory mental health category and reclassified it into the general sexual health category. The change in policy classification meant it could be included in school curriculum. It removed /bypassed automatic psychiatric assessment pathways so that patients could access medical treatment very easily without mandatory any automatic psychiatric pathways/assessment. You may want to look up how this new policy reclassification changed childrens rights and bodily autonomy, under the UN convention of the rights of a child. ( If parents do not agree ) It’s amazing the WHO had time to prioritize this policy during a so called global pandemic.

In the 5 hours it took you to write this pathetic post, the Australian fossil fuel industry received ~$10 million in subsidies. Can must allocate it to energy security and energy independence by encouraging EVs, chargers, and smarter choices.

The obvious answer here is to put a charge (say $500) on every purchase of an EV vehicle that pays for the EV infrastructure.

$10 million dollars over what timeframe? Per year? If it’s per year, then what a joke of a gripe this is. Spread across the approximately 10 million households in Australia, this is about $1 per household to build infrastructure which will help to insulate our personal and goods transport nationwide from the extreme insecurity which exists in liquid fuel supply lines. Sounds like a bloody bargain to me. Even if it’s $10 million per quarter, that’s $4 per household per year. Still a bloody bargain. Everyone benefits from EV adoption, either indirectly due to reduced demand for liquid fuels which ICEV owners need, or directly through better access to charging for EV owners.

Been watching Malcolm being dissed on Sky News by commentators as a conspiracy theorist, saying Pauline & especially Barnaby struggling to clear up Malcolm's mess. Personally I agree with everything Malcolm has claimed & if he's ditched by ON half their base would leave.

All the EV owners I know, you wouldn't call wealthy. You can buy EVs for around the same price as ICE vehicles.
