Fighting for Australians.
With a long history of seeking the truth, Malcolm believes Parliament needs to return to the facts to get back on track. Malcolm’s areas of focus include:
Reducing electricity prices, increasing the supply of reliable energy and ending the government obsession with renewables.
Ending the control of unelected bureaucrats over Australia’s way of life, exiting the United Nations and restoring our sovereignty.
Opposing full foreign ownership of Australian land and forcing multinational companies to pay their fair share of tax.

Climate policies are hitting your electricity prices hard
Next shock: What will happen when Labor cannot continue stealing taxpayer money for its Energy Relief payments now hiding rampant electricity price rises from solar & wind subsidies? 🤦
What a shock that will be 😡

No matter what side of the climate debate anyone sits, in Australia, this is needless.
Labor voters deserve all they get, shame the smart people have to suffer because of their stupid decisions.
Only going to get worse under Albo
You get what you vote for
The people voted for this
No no no. The Australian must have it all wrong. Didn’t Albo say the power costs will decrease, and he should know, because the renewables are cheaper then coal ect. Maybe he can take a trip to China and see where their power comes from.
People voted for Labors ongoing make Australia poor policy.
And council Rate Levy....Tax, Tax, Tax! That's all Labor are good for
Yet in China less than $20 a month in bills.....why can we give them cheap fuel but not have it here?
We let other countries burn our fossil fuels, but not the citizens, the owners
Nothing to see here...... the stupidity of the Australian voter has shown they approve of continually paying MORE for less.
And it will continue to rise dramatically while the clown bowen chases net zero.
Also, a lot of the time, QLD sends NSW around 1,000MW, how far away from a Spain are we?
They should take a leaf out of Donald Trump‘s policy no climate change because he thinks it’s a hoax and get out of the WHO he is working for American people and the Australian government should follow suit🥂
Yes..Señator M Roberts..Apparently - tomoŕrow "the rains aŕe coming" to Ceñtral and Western Vic - just for a few daÿs ..(Barely enough to fill a 22. Gallon tank..in the middle of the Gibson Desert..) My thoughts and concêrns for the future - are now for "our young ones.." However - accordimg to many politicians AND Social Media -'[aka : Fb; Tik Tok:And Instagram - jiust to name a few sites..].the thoughts and oinions of "our grey haired Generation" don't matter - at alll" Grrr...
Wondering when the Australians are going to start to break into the grid and start stealing power like they do in Indonesia only a matter of time.
Australian voters need a taste of much higher power prices that are coming to realise what they have done.
These career politicians, past and present, are bloody hopeless at managing our finances and our resources. The more they stuff it up, the more taxes they keep trying to get us to pay. They are trying to cover up their stupid ideas and investments and make up the money they've lost by giving our resources away for free. If they managed our finances and resources properly and looked after Australians as well as they look after the foreign aid recipients and the foreign investors, we would easily be the richest country in the world. No matter how many times you tell the dumbassses that you cannot and will not ever tax a country into prosperity, they will not listen and they keep sending us all into poverty and despair.
Don't complain. Look at the election results. This is your choice. This is what Australia voted for, so enjoy.
These idiotic voters must feel the pain
And yet they still vote Labor, how is that?
Wonder how this happens 🤔 you know this renewable energy stuff is a bit like the old days with gas conversion with cars and trucks the government were giving incentive’s rebates to convert over to gas it will be great savings on petrol save the planet save the were on the roads more like it . Well in the end gas got to expensive like dearer than racing fuel 🤔 think that had something to do with Johnny in government doing a deal with china to have all the gas they wanted for about eight cents a cubic compressed meter that’s a lot 😕 sorry I rambled on again anyways these windmills are starting to look like the gas cars 🤔 minister Bowen
As blackout Bowen said, the silent majority voted for him to continue his net zero bs, they voted for an incompetent fool that has failed in every portfolio he's handled, and he's exceeded himself this time
34% wanted this.
There's a lot more to the cost of electricity than the electricity bills we pay. The "capacity investment scheme" gives renewables operators guaranteed minimum revenues - without which they wouldn't be viable. They do the same with coal/gas powered plants too, because those cannot be profitable due to competition from renewables. Taxpayers are propping up the entire house of cards.
I questioned the Department of Parliamentary Services about the concerning departure of former Secretary Rob Stefanic who I questioned over serious issues previously. The President confirmed he was terminated due to "lost trust and confidence" - but both the President and current Secretary Ms Hinchcliffe dodged questions about whether Mr Stefanic intercepted a public interest disclosure letter, potentially contradicting his court affidavit.
Even more troubling: 14 senior executives have left DPS in just three years. This follows my previous questioning about serious cultural issues within the department.
As your Senator, I remain committed to ensuring proper oversight of taxpayer-funded positions. The Australian public deserves full transparency about what occurred under Mr Stefanic's leadership and exactly why he was asked to step down, especially given his $478,000 salary was funded by taxpayers.
I'll continue pushing for accountability. If you're a current or former DPS staffer with concerns, you can contact me confidentially at senator.roberts@aph.gov.au

All they do is go round and round in circles and they can never answer the question honestly I don’t know what they’re being paid for when they don’t know the answer. It is very frustrating for the Australian people.🤮
Give em heaps....under Australian legislation all Government departments are to be audited & if they cannot answer & show processes they then need to show cause why they should not be demoted or terminated.🤬🤬🤬 I don't believe that has changed.
Why was he terminated on what basis. For them to lose trust and confidence in that Secretary and in turn terminated his job they know the reason. Stop dodging the question SACK THEM BOTH
They are working very hard to not answer the questions the senator is asking,
Well done Senator Malcolm Roberts as always.
I’ve lost trust & confidence in the whole lot of them 🤬
The President has no idea and not in control so she should step down in this role and not get any government payout.. she is lying or incompetent
OMG they didn’t even want to take it on notice, that’s new they just didn’t want to know about it. Speaks volumes. 🙈🙉 great work Senator
DPS cover up
Restore trust and confidence🤣🙄. So, admitting that ppl have lost confidence, but won't address the situation that caused the prob. Like councils, just sweep it all under the carpet, we don't know, we are moving on 🤦♀️🤬🥱wt absolute f? Utter bs. Thank God for You Senator Malcolm Roberts 🙏
Why and how do we have IMBECILES in these positions. It’s obvious that they haven’t graduated from primary school, so how did the ever manage to get a position in the government. How and why are they not Terminated and on the dole.
Taxpayers pay their wages .
You do a fantastic job, but why do we never see the accountability?
I want to know why many departments collect funds when the constitution states clearly all fees fines and levies must go into consolidated revenue of the commonwealth of Australia consolidated revenue, there is no law that allows funds to go to states or other corporations.
It’s always middle aged women or rainbow lanyard wearing men answering the questions who the hell employs these people? They never know the answers to basic questions
What a fkn joke!!!!! What is her job..... FFS..... No you have not answered the question. And they are being paid..... you would think they should be up to speed with why they lost confidence in him..... otherwise step down and get someone in there that can do the job
I'm am disgusted continuously at the outright arrogance displayed at these enquires whether it's Renwick or Roberts pursuing transparency and accountability and no straight answers, are given. I'd like to see a top gun QC in a court room go after these people and bring an end to this bs. Oh I think it's a king now so KC not queens councillor.
She looks like, she don't give a f... 😕
They are embarrassingly incompetent
Yes we want to know what’s going on.
No accountability, glad your drilling them to be accountable.
Good work Malcolm. Cheers.
The swamp at its best we need to clean the public service out.
Regardless of whatever political colour, I want transparency and accountability in all areas of political/bureaucratic scope. It’s not your money!
So Mr Stephanic watches over his own position, therefore he figured his position was for himself to step down for his own actions on his own accord apparently & took himself to court.
Before the election, I met with Sarah McGuire and other concerned landowners and introduced our fire ant policy. Sarah is a knowledgeable advocate for landowner rights and understands the fire ant eradication program details.
Landholders in SE QLD need more control over fire ant measures on their properties.
One Nation supports stronger efforts to eradicate fire ants, and believes working closely with landholders is key.
We're calling for local workshops and tailored biosecurity plans. Landholders should have the right to refuse government programs if they can show effective alternatives.

This needs to be stoped it is xriminal act what they do,omg,,,thank you senator Malcolm for your hard hard work🙏
Is that not illegal to enter without permission? And to do it immediately after you leaving was very shifty.
Thank you Senator Malcolm Roberts for listening to us and our concerns about the indiscriminate prophylactic poisoning of our properties even when fireants aren't present. 👏 Thank you for your support against the bullying that accompanies the poisoning. It's been hard. 😢
lock them up
We have a cost of living crisis and this is where the taxpayers $ goes!? I see them every morning, line up in a convoy of up to 8 vehicles at the local servo. Sometimes pushing in front of locals. They’ve hired a real demographic of dodgy employees, let me tell you. I hope more people will wake up to this criminal overreach!
Investigate who benifits $.
This is a narrow minded approach to a huge issue. Just like covid. You can’t trust the government. It’s our government that let them in, just like veroa mite.asleep at the wheel.
Thanks for your efforts Senator. It's an absolute disgrace that Australia is being subjected to this Insanity.
It has nothing to do With fire ants There is another agenda Otherwise that’s still be chasing Cane toads
LNP and the right when Fire Ants first came in under the last federal Government did nothing and left it all to the State Labor Government. It was a disgrace what the right did now those pests are all over Qld. Australia's biosecurity is a Federal issue it shouldn't have been left to the State to manage with limited resourcing. Fire Ants are here to stay. I got bitten by just one two months back and i near took myself to hospital. I had ice on for 4 hours, i took an antihistamine and a Panadeine forte. My ankle swelled up and was rock hard for three days. The pain was intense for 6 hours. And that is just one bite.
Good there is a good man that Australian can ran to👍👌💞
Crazy nearly everytime i've gone to grantham in the past week theres been like 40 of them there having lunch
Well Malcolm were paying you what are you doing about it???
Why isn’t the Liberal Premier standing up to this??? He said he wouldn’t be told what to do by UN Who does he think is behind Invasive Species??? Not who they make out to be!👿😡
Yesterday in Samford/Yugar area had a “LOW Flying” Green helicopter making multiple passes over properties! Was in the air flying low for about 1 hour! What the hell was it doing?? Spraying for Fire ants? This area has water tanks that could be “Poisoned” by these chemical sprays!!
Communist public servants violating ratepayers with toxic chemicals .
Thank you Senator Malcolm Roberts for listening to the people and articulating the failure of the fire ant eradication program. For so long, we have been a few voicing our concerns and with your voice, the voice of Senator Gerard Rennick and Jim Willmott , the concerns are being heard by more and for this we are grateful. We the people, wish to be able to perverse our environment, waterways, fauna and flora, our homes and gardens and not to be dictated by government bodies, who do not know our land as well as we do. It is a money laundering process and it is destroying our environment at the same time. None of the National Fire Ant Eradication Program makes sense, to any logical person.
MASSIVE REINVESTMENT IN PUBLIC HOUSING-AT LEAST 25,000 HOMES PER YEAR REFORM TAX INCENTIVES - PHASE OUT NEGATIVE GEARING AND REDUCE CGT DISCOUNTS CAP FOREIGN OWNERSHIP IN RESIDENTIAL REAL ESTATE CREATE NATIONAL PLANNING BENCHMARKS THAT FORCE LOCAL COUNCILS TO BUILD REDIRECT SUPERANNUATION INVESTMENT INTO AFFORDABLE HOUSING DEVELOPMENT LEGISLATE RENT CAPS AND STRONGER TENANT PROTECTIONS NATIONWIDE
I have a couple of observations about your new policy Malcolm. Firstly, there is no other scientific method to eradicate. Hot water is a control method for visible nests. Not an eradication method. As is every other alternative treatment method mentioned by Sarah McGuire. How can you say you support eradication with property rights at the forefront but have no viable method to eradicate? Secondly, hay is not sprayed with bifenthrin, barriers are put around storage areas to prevent fire ants breaching storage and infesting hay. The comment about horse manure not being as good due to horses being fed bifenthrin is plain ridiculous. And is yet another example of misinformation. Farmers would like to retire at some point I’m sure, how valuable will their land be to sell if it’s infested with fire ants? Writing a new policy means nothing if you have no viable eradication alternatives
Just have your big hoses out ready to soak the area big time that they sprayed. Dig up the area first and bag the soil and burn it. It will help! And hose the arseolles while they are on your property as well. It's a pity you can't put out the nice sharp traps on your property for when they turn up but we don't want to harm other wildlife setting them up. I'd love to see one of their legs caught in one of those!!
Senator Malcolm Roberts You haven’t achieved anything worthwhile yet collect $235K per annum. Go away
