I believe we have excellent oil reserves in the bass straight and elsewhere that we don't tap into, would one nation consider drilling and creating our own supply, even becoming an exporter instead of an importer. If my understanding is correct?

Privately owned diesel vehicles not for business use won't be allowed soon. You'll be allocated your share based off business necessity and income.
