During Estimates in May, I questioned the AFP on their treatment of Ben Roberts-Smith.
While we welcome the investigation into media leaks, the AFP still refuses to explain the so-called ‘operational decision’ to arrest him on a Sydney tarmac in front of his two daughters, rather than in Brisbane.
After more than a decade and hundreds of millions of dollars spent investigating alleged war crimes, the AFP has not secured a single conviction. It’s hard to reconcile that extraordinary expenditure with an outcome that has delivered nothing but reputational damage and prolonged uncertainty for one of the nation’s most decorated soldiers.
The handling of this case raises serious questions about priorities, accountability, and whether such extraordinary resources have been justified by results.
This government needs to ask itself why it sends Australians to war if it then spends hundreds of millions tearing them down when they come home.

They arrested him that way after tipping off the media so they could get their version out first. Get ahead of the narrative.
They are low IQ people and I'm not joking 😁😁🔅🚫🚭😀😄😺it's like wow 😨😳😨😲😮
Now we have firm evidence that you’re a dog whistler, Senator. And why isn’t that you can’t ask anything but bloody stupid, obvious questions that anyone with an ounce of brains would be too embarrassed to ask?
Albo is the dog that should be hunted He is a hell of a lot more criminal than BRS would ever be
I think you need to shut the fuck up about this, it’s nothing to do with the government It’s the legal process And the legal process would never have got to this point without serious, provable allegations
Wow we have a lot of over educated dickheads
Borders are essential for safeguarding a nation’s laws, culture, values and public safety.
Australia has the right to determine who enters this country.

You really choose the dumbest analogies. It’s a skill, suppose.
so you don't believe in climate change, but you believe in the bible.... right..... yes.
And Santa flies in a sleigh pulled by Reindeer, whats your point?
This meme is PERFECT! I was just reading an earlier post where Malcolm was accusing that nasty mainstream media of making him look like a full blown cooker. For a moment I wondered if we were being a bit harsh on Mr Roberts. And now I see this post. JUST PERFECT. 🤪
Why is the bloke born in India lecturing about not letting people in 😂
Borders are not a Christian value, ask Jesus what he would say to that?
What about the gates of Mordor, they are more real than those fairy stories. Our gates obviously weren’t working when we let you in or were you able to slip under them.
Narrow and straight is the path to righteousness, wide and easy is the path to destruction. Amen.
Dudes got the same thing trump has... reckon we can get a discount at a nursing home?
Which one has cheap ciggies and beer!?
Hogwarts also has strict entry conditions, yet it's still no more real than heaven.
For the gate is narrow and few shall pass through it
Australia had the best natural borders, an entire coast making us an island. Yet we decided to fly and ship everyone in instead.
Heaven has gates because they want you to pay to get in
Like all ON policies, purely based on myths. Perfect.
We do determine who comes here
Both are stories believed by the gullible. Think about it.
No borders = no country
Ok, Malcolm. I thought about it. Nah, not getting anything...
Aren’t you from India, champ?
Both come from a fictional story
It's hilarious to watch populists try to ape Trump, in a country with no land border. We can spot a dinghy on radar hundreds of kilometres away, everyone else arrives and is documented in an airport aside from the occasional teleporting wizard.
Please check out the new laws in place to halt mass immigration in Denmark. It is exceptionally well done, thorough and legal. We could get Queen Mary an honorary Aussie to help us get the right assistance in English!!!
Umm, has something happened to the Department of Home Affairs or something? Last time I checked, they still existed and deal with border patrol and immigration
So why does god demand payment, yet the devil works for free???
I questioned the National Health and Medical Research Council (NHMRC) on why taxpayers are funding a new $5 million vaccine-adjuvant research centre when Australians still haven't been given clear answers about the safety of existing adjuvants.
Their written response to my questions confirmed the project was funded simply because peer reviewers ranked it highly, saying that "there are only seven adjuvants used in license vaccines which limits the choice" and the NHMRC's Centres of Research Excellence aims to "discover novel adjuvants to improve vaccine development."
That's not oversight - that's the NHMRC waving through millions without addressing the real issues.
I asked directly whether concerns about aluminum-based adjuvants or neurological conditions played any role and they couldn't give me an answer.
I also confirmed that any new vaccine technology developed with Australian taxpayer money WILL NOT be owned by Australians.
This is simply not good enough.
Taxpayers should not be funding research that lines the pockets of big pharmaceutical companies. Any intellectual property generated through these grants must belong to the taxpayers. Handing over this property to entities to monetise at our expense provides zero return to the taxpayers.
This has to stop!
For a billion-dollar grant body, Australians deserve better than vague justifications and no clear outcomes.
Australians deserve accountability that matches the scale of the spending.

Thank you Senator Malcolm Roberts for your continuous efforts on keeping everyone safe
Thank you malcolm 🙏🏻
If the Australian people paid for the research the Australian people should own the patents.
How much aluminium do you reckon you take in from your tinfoil hat, Mal?
Thank you SEN Roberts. Nobody but you is asking the hard questions
Good on you Malcolm..💜🇦🇺
Keep on them
Thankyou Malcolm Roberts for all you're doing..Jesus was also mocked n ridiculously persecuted...we the people, can handle that...thankyou for standing up, for what's the integrity of our souls, the true ones...those that mock us, are evil...and they have lost....🔔🔔🔔🔔💯💜💚🙏🙏❤️❤️
The First Rule of the Dunning Kruger Club is.. you don't know you're a member of the Dunning Kruger Club.
surely this can be stopped
Find out how your dementia medication is going.
Great questions ! They must prove Vaccine safety or be defund and removed from compulsory list!
This is Malcolm summed up
Why are you shaking ??
Thanks again for my daily reminder of the Dunning Kruger effect in action. Actually thats twice today. I think I will trust the Professors and Doctors with decades of public health and research experience over the bloke who fails to understand basic science. Aluminum exposure from food and diet vastly exceeds the tiny amount found in vaccines. For example, in the first six months of life, an infant ingests about 7 to 120 mg of aluminum from milk or formula, compared to a maximum of about 4.4 mg from all recommended vaccines combined.
Malcolm demonstrating yet again that he has no clue what he is talking about. Might be best if he left medicine to the people who are qualified. "why do we need new science? and what is wrong with the current science?" Can't we just stop doing medicine and science? 🤡😂🤣
Cutting-edge research is always a risk. Believe he wants to cut research into flight being done by the RAAF. Unsure if it's safe- approx 2,000 people died trying it last year. The Senator would not have funded Alan Turing, who broke the Nazi codes in WW2; he risked all on new ideas. It most likely cost 2 million pounds in 1940.
You asked if an adjuvant, aluminium, which had been used for decades and has heaps of evidence of its safety and efficacy is safe? 🙄🙄 And you want to be taken seriously?
all the awnsers are public... what is quite clear... you dont understand it..
By definition, adjuvants enhance the performance of vaccines. The fact that you cannot understand these matters, is an issue for you, not for the rest of us.
Is there any logic in Mal's reasoning? At all? He is concerned about the safety of adjuvants, and then does not want research into adjuvants.
TERRORISM mentality can't be cured by only POWER.....slowly it increases day by day.....only systematic SCIENCE and perfect EDUCATION and LOVE can cure it......they will be CURE one day.....follow 9 message about their recovery.....spread this for better world........They will be CURE one day......
