As an RN of 40yrs, this would be a disaster. I worked with an Aussie RN a while back who didnt even know to call 000, had called 911.

All RACF have a PRN impress list for a reason we have Nurse Practitioners for a reason what we don't need is Nurses without the proper skills or training having their scope of practice expanded....
