During this session, I raised critical questions with the National Heavy Vehicle Regulator regarding the life-and-death matter of rising heavy vehicle road fatalities, noting recent increases in New South Wales and Queensland.
I questioned Ms Rosie about anecdotal insights regarding the source of these high-risk drivers.
Speaking objectively as a migrant myself, I passed on widespread reports I've received from Western Australian and Queensland truckies suggesting a high number of Indian immigrants are obtaining licenses too easily or operating without them.
While Ms Rosie maintained that their compliance and reporting systems are strictly risk-based and agnostic to ethnicity, I wanted these serious, on-the-ground concerns from our truck drivers formally put on the record.

A truckers dash cam does not lie 😉
Thank you for asking those questions. A majority of the Indian drivers that I’ve dealt with on the road are a workplace hazard. It’s a very serious issue that needs prompt attention from the government.
Excellent questions hear truck drivers talking about this problem all the time
One thing that the WA Worksafe department do is provide Fatigue Management training for free in order to operate in WA. Under the NHVR it is outsourced to private skill course providers for a fee.
Keep on keeping them honest Malcom
I think all people who want to work here as drivers should be forced to sit an Australian drivers test as international licence is ok for temporary visitors but not work visas
Excellent subject choice Mal, and spot on questions
Thank you Senator Roberts it is a growing problem and is getting worse add this to the road damage and it spells a lack of direction by our current political leadership and many transport operators are looking for change the current system is broken and neglected with many operators asking the question “Am I going to come home tonight “ ? One Nation thank you.
Correct me if I'm wrong she is kiwi and and in high paying job egnoring road safety?
Should we ban overseas visitors from driving on our roads ?
Regulations on drivers need to be relaxed, liabilities and sentences for owners and drivers in accidents need to be a hell of alot stronger.
I have never seen soo many trucks and semis using the far right (fast) lane and not moving out of it. That never used to happen and happens all the time now.
Obviously the chemtrails play a part in this Malcolm.
It’s posted everywhere
This has been common knowledge in the industry for years. The shallowest statistical analysis will bear it out. Canberra has done nothing. Anyone surprised?
No R in DATA
Why doesn't NHVR regulate W.A. ?
Easy to find
Malcolm is correct.
Running auto cab overs and still can't drive.
Malcolm how would that thing know it is a New Zealander
Just found the part of the problem for you all.
Does Australia’s education system rewards true excellence or just old prestige?
Most Australians don't know that some of our highest-rated higher education institutions aren't the elite sandstone Group of Eight universities, or public universities. Smaller, independent providers like Alphacrucis University College are blowing national averages out of the water, boasting a 90% overall student satisfaction rate and a 100% graduate employment rate for postgraduate teaching degrees.
Yet, our current tertiary funding system heavily favours established universities over high-performing, innovative contenders. If we want real diversity, innovation and value for taxpayer dollars, we must level the playing field. Funding should follow actual performance, student satisfaction, and real-world results — not history, size, or reputation.
One Nation is committed to scrutinising tertiary funding and fighting for a system that rewards achievement, boosts competition and puts students first.

100% employment rate for post graduate teaching degrees??? The vast majority of people that take post graduate teaching degrees are qualified teachers who already have a job…perhaps not the strongest argument as to why a private Christian college should receive further funding.
It places to much emphasis on degrees over trades. Trades have more experience and are much more deeply skilled in broader areas.
Francis Schaeffer (A Christian Manifesto) echoed Knox: since "tyranny is satanic, not to resist it is to resist God." Jonathan Mayhew (1750) argued that resistance to a tyrant is not merely a right but a Christian duty — "to resist tyranny is to honor God." John Knox (The First Blast of the Trumpet, 1558) and the Vindiciae Contra Tyrannos (1579) argue that a ruler who commits tyranny forfeits God's conditional grant of authority. God grants political authority conditionally — for the common good and the protection of the innocent. A government that commits crimes against its own citizens inverts that purpose, and therefore its mandate is void. God institutes civil authority as a delegated office, not an absolute gift. Its purpose is defined: to punish evil and protect the good (Romans 13:4). The delegation is therefore covenantal — conditional on the ruler fulfilling that purpose. When the ruler inverts the purpose (becomes the very evil he was ordained to restrain), the condition is broken. A broken covenant voids the grant. The authority reverts to its source. Romans 13:1, reaches the same conclusion from a different angle: "Tyrannies and unjust exercise of power, as they are full of disorder, are not an ordained government" — i.e., they fall outside the scope of Romans 13's command to submit, because the command presupposes the office is being properly exercised. If God grants authority conditionally to any office — judge, legislator, police officer, soldier — and the condition is the same (protect the innocent, punish evil), then an institution that systematically inverts that purpose forfeits its mandate just as the head of state does. Lesser magistrates who "wink at kings who violently fall upon and assault the lowly common folk" commit "nefarious perfidy" — they have "dishonestly betrayed the freedom of the people, of which they know they have been appointed protectors by God's ordinance" (Institutes IV.20.31) "when by the miscarriages of those in authority, it is forfeited; upon the forfeiture of their rulers... it reverts to the society, and the people have a right to act as supreme, and continue the legislative in themselves; or erect a new form, or under the old form place it in new hands, as they think good." When all institutions are corrupted, the power doesn't vanish — it reverts to the people, who become the supreme authority again. The State has commited mass crimes against we the people, we must not comply to their tyranny or have any part in their henious crimes...they will be held accountable! The State relies on you continuing to play their game... A Police officer who refuses to arrest a protester, a soldier who lowers his rifle, a bureaucrat who stops processing a warrant — each is a point where the apparatus can be interrupted. The state cannot function without the continuous, active cooperation of thousands of individuals who think they are acting lawfully. Remove that belief, and the machine stops. This is not a new insight. It is what the Vindiciae meant when it said the people should "endure the tyranny with patience" — not because the people are powerless, but because the power lies in withdrawing the consent that the state's subordinates draw on to justify their actions The state's claim to legitimate control depends on controlling the narrative. When that narrative is broken — when citizens can see what the state is actually doing, when the gap between the state's self-image and its actions becomes visible — the performance collapses. This is the most counterintuitive mechanism, and it is why nonviolent resistance is empirically more effective than violent resistance (Chenoweth's research: nonviolent campaigns are roughly twice as likely to succeed, and succeed with far fewer casualties). The logic: a state that represses a violent insurgent can frame itself as defending order. A state that beats a nonviolent protester — someone who is not armed, not attacking, simply present — reveals itself. The violence is no longer "maintaining order"; it is visible, unambiguous, and it cannot be narrated away. The state's own response becomes the proof of its illegitimacy. Once the narrative is broken, the next step is noncooperation — the practical expression of the voided mandate. The state's power depends on the population's participation: paying taxes, obeying laws, showing up to work, using the courts, accepting the state's legal framework as the framework within which disputes are resolved. Withdraw that participation, and the state is left enforcing rules that no one recognizes. What it does tell you is that the state's power is not what it appears to be. It is a performance sustained by the cooperation of its subordinates and the compliance of the population And performances can be stopped because they are not as solid as they look...
Let's face it many universities are bought to give and proform a set narrative if they differ from the narrative the less likely the funding
If I am not mistaken the example used was once a Bible College. Comparing it, even with its additional courses, to the Group of Eight universities is ludicrous.
"Does Australia’s education system rewards true excellence or just old prestige?" Is this the Indian education system showing its finest?
Why did you repost this Senator Malcolm Roberts ? If you allow self accrediting authorities to make their own courses which doesn’t actually have any effect in real life - my 400k course with a certificate has no credit at other universities I have not being able tto get into any medical related job for 3yrs - oh but these cases get covered over … do not put our great state and technology universities down … as I said even Jason Clare has stated those student satisfaction rates are inversely true
Child Protection Awareness
Why import trades A scheme like Americas Mike Rowe Works implemented to provide training and knowledge funded by governments and then leading to employment is a no brainer Turn this broken system around and return this country to prosperity
Freud was right about everything
WHY ARE YOU LISTENING TO THAT LITTLE ......HE KNOWS NOTHING!!!
They reckon you're educated , what a fucking fail that was .
Sack the lier
Education is out of your minuscule sphere of understanding.
So you’re comparing a christian university college to normal mainstream Universities, what a joke you are.
The outfits may be different, yet the talking points remain the same.
Pauline Hanson’s core political views have remained consistent.
She continues to campaign on immigration and cultural concerns that she shared from the start.

So let me understand this correctly, she’s been doing the same thing for 30 years and expects different outcome, every time? Isn’t that the very definition of a condition….
Yeh but Farley is saying the opposite?

Yes..... "The talking points remain the same" - From the mother of a child who has one immigrant parent- "Australians don't want" people with "one parent born overseas". 😕 Thanks Mom...... Makes the kids feel real Ozzie welcome/at home. 😒😞🤢🤮
Meh. Perhaps you should just treat it like climate change and ignore it until the problem goes away.

Just before the budget , where people may recall there was a massive gaff or mistake made .. where they unfortunately were stupid enough to leak what they tried to give an excuse as being the different Ledger for the incumbent new government to bring them up to speed with what actually going on... hmmm with full knowledge that the government utilises what's known as accrued method of accounting and deferred taxation net operating losses ect are everyday used methods of accounting and tax easily found but little people know about them law fully understand their functions , and we absolutely have a claim by-law to request sum certain full Disclosure on all of the accounting , the practice of dual bookkeeping entries with completely different ledgers speaks for itself as to the egregious illegal and unlawful most serious of serious nature that sort of misrepresentation would have and has on all functionalities of just about every system accounting legal law political it couldn't be a bigger no no yet nobody seems to picked up on that fact .. and no they can't just dismiss it as Treasury secrets as there's things like de recognition accounts set off accounts federal credits and a lot of other quantifiably aspects we are subject to ... no doubt to a lot of you 1st your hearing about anything like this ... ( The Seven Pillars of Centralism: Federalism and the Engineers’ Case with further evidence these exact fact of the matter ) Professor Geoffrey de Q Walker peer review paper from 2002 went into a fair bit of detail even captured some of the disdain the reason for them taking away with the people's power over the Parliament .. there's nothing I put forward was opinion that was all directly taken from official record which is 100% quantifiable why why of many different independent sources ... the professors paper captures all part of the system that they've adopted through various international trade Treaties ,TWEA emergency banking relief act 1933 or emergency declarations that might be exploiting executive branches of government misrepresented by the not being a state of emergency especially not one under wartime enactment ( hold the phone both here and America seem to be running on this executive branch and advisory shit show strange enough both constitutions only permitted under one very limited condition which would be ) it wouldn't be emergency enactment that would be a conspiracy theory surely ☝🏻you feel me any pennies dropping hmmm .. that we might still be quantifiable subject to those type of things absolutely are all synonymous with this situation ... which all of that further quantifiable evidence of the dual bookkeeping accrued method of accounting deferred taxation we're bringing This Together further given their own blatant admission of dual bookkeeping again straight away they'll try and dismiss it as Treasury secrets which is an outright nonsense that wouldn't stand up to anything other than the Lip Service to try and discredit all of us as being the actual system and problem with being subject to .. you see this commercialised and privatised construct of this system is something that Malcolm Roberts has been directly asked on new missed occasions and he'd never admit to so but look you straighten the eye and tell you that you're the one who's nuts along with a few other buzzwords included for defamatory assassination of character as unfortunately both Malcolm Pauline and the one nation party itself I can push it within this municipality commercialised privatised Construct of administrative bankruptcy government ... none of which is my opinion or can it be credibility rebutted on any sort of official record and what we have here my good Australian folks is irrefutable .. a senate report special committee's findings from 1973 couldn't have been any more scaving and it's findings gives evidence on the official record and backup everything that's been put forward not only by the professor but the legislation and amendments and everything that I've highlighted evidence on our own and their official record in terms of tangible evidence that is a Mount Everest mountain size of it what we've never been able to do before is quantify it and give evidence of it from the very beginning however history is taught me as anything I brought forward here there anyway on this subject fools completely on death ears so perhaps this needed to be written in braille😮 .. I give up I'm not sure what has to happen for any of the Australia public actually get off the ass and look for themselves and back to the original subject no one has picked up on this dual bookkeeping and by their own admission they are actively undertaking
