The war didn’t cause our current fuel problem, it just highlighted how poorly prepared or current and previous governments are regarding our security. A war overseas literally should not affect us at all. We have all the resources we need in Australia and a weak, corrupt and woke government steering the ship. If the government doesn’t enforce WFH to reduce people’s need for fuel they are doing nothing to manage the risk and they are part of the absolute rort that is happening.

Or we could do what Australia did during WWII, refine and use bio type fuels. Currently those that do it in Australia are only at 20 percent capacity, and export most of predominantly, thus there's an avenue there.
