Billions of litres of fresh water, your valuable water, flushed out to sea in South Australia.

Our fight to expose that our precious water is being flushed out to sea in South Australia has finally become mainstream.

I leave for an investigative tour to South Australia on Monday to look at ways that we can stop water flushing out to sea but not disadvantaging farmers in South Australia.

NSW are already threatening to rip up the Murray Darling Basin Plan.

Queensland, NSW and Victorian farmers are angry that water is wasted by corrupt government regulations.

Governments overriding the constitution on water

In Senate Estimates Malcolm asked why our constitution is being ignored in relation to water.

“The Commonwealth shall not, by any law or regulation of trade or commerce, abridge the right of a State or of the residents therein to the reasonable use of the waters of rivers for conservation or irrigation.”

Does anyone remember the referendum where we voted on passing our legal constitutional right to water to the Murray Darling basin Authority?
