The idea that one Voice can speak for every indigenous and Australian is flawed and fundamentally racist. The Voice will just be more well paid bureaucrats in Canberra that will do little to help Australians in remote communities.

Greens Senator Lidia Thorpe has broken ranks with her colleagues. Again. She’s declared the party won’t support a referendum on the indigenous Voice to Parliament unless the government meets her demands.

I disagree with Lidia Thorpe on a lot of her ideas and conduct, and this latest disagreement shows how ridiculous the proposed Voice to parliament is.

There is no single Voice or opinion for all the indigenous or all Australians. What Torres Strait Islanders need is completely different from what mainlanders need. What people in Cape York need is different from Melbourne and that’s different again from country Tasmania, the Alice, the Pilbara or musgrave park.

Just look at Lidia Thorpe. There’s only a handful of aboriginal greens senators, yet on the Voice they can’t even make their mind up on whether they support or OPPOSE THE VOICE.
The idea of the Voice is that some over-paid bureaucrats sitting in Canberra can speak on behalf of every aboriginal person and that they can’t think or vote for themselves.

There’s nothing more racist than dividing us on race. Vote no to the Voice.

Warning: Distressing Content. New Zealand authorities have lawfully ‘kidnapped’ a child from his parents to forcibly perform a medical treatment on him when there was an equally valid treatment available that the parents supported. Baby William required a blood transfusion which the parents agreed to as long as the blood was from unvaccinated donors. The parents had found suitable donors for the request yet NZ health authorities declined it. The matter ended up in the courts which ruled in favour of the authorities.

The judge said the parents would remain the guardians of the child but all health matters would now be determined by the State. The Mother was not allowed to hold Will all night. She was not allowed to cuddle him. She was also not allowed to sleep all night, as she was told that if she did any of this, she would be forcibly removed back to the ward, from the pre-op room, and would not see the baby before the operation.

The traumatic way in which this situation has been treated does not make sense. This video is confronting but it is the reality of what medical tyranny really means.

Just months after the globalists got tired of Boris Johnson and Liz Truss, new Prime Minister of England Rishi Sunak has shown his true colours. He has abandoned election promises and is instead implementing the WEF agenda of more control. “We want to rewire the entire global financial system for net zero” really means “we want to be able to cut you off if you don’t do what we say”.

It’s been nearly three months since the platform LinkedIn inexplicably banned me for sharing this video. Big tech censorship is getting out of control. Just imagine the consequences when getting labelled with “wrongthink” is combined with the power of a Digital Identity.

I’ll be at Post Office Square, Brisbane from 12 noon Saturday 29th October to participate against the protest against ongoing vaccine mandates. See you there!

Dear Prime Minister

One of my constituents, Dr Phillip Altman, has approached me with concerning information about the gene-based COVID vaccination rollout.

On 10 September 2022 he delivered a presentation in Melbourne to the Australian Medical Professionals Society, a nationwide body of doctors and allied health professionals.

Fully supported with strong and compelling data, he highlighted the shortcomings of the Australian and State governments’ approaches to COVID-19 management.

Dr Altman has a background of 40 years’ experience working with the pharmaceutical industry and the Therapeutic Goods Administration.

His evidence makes it clear that the previous federal government and agencies, including AHPRA and the TGA and State Governments, made decisions that were detrimental to Australians and the Australian economy.

Many of those decisions led to avoidable deaths and injuries to Australians who had been assured that these new generation gene-based injections, labelled as “vaccines”, were safe and effective.

This was a lie.

The COVID “vaccines” have never been fully approved and, by definition, have not been shown to be safe or effective, as Dr Altman has clearly stated.

The drug companies were aware of the dangers of the injections yet marketed them aggressively in the knowledge that the injections presented serious health risks, including death.

The TGA relied on limited quality, safety and efficacy data to provisionally approve these gene-based “vaccines”, which have never before been used on such a massive scale and in healthy people, including children and adolescents, without due consideration of risk and benefit.

The TGA approvals still remain provisional or conditional and do not have full approval status in Australia, or anywhere else, due to the lack of data, especially the total lack of long-term safety data for these serious gene-based injections that have never before been deployed.

The TGA effectively placed a prohibition on doctors prescribing Ivermectin off-label, citing concerns of toxicity, supply issues and possible interference with “vaccine” uptake. The claims of Ivermectin toxicity were reckless and unsupportable, the supply issues did not eventuate, and the Australian population is largely fully “vaccinated”.

A recently announced TGA review of the poison scheduling of Ivermectin represents the first sign of a long-awaited possible reappraisal of the disastrous COVID health policies that have severely damaged the nation.

Of particular concern to me has been AHPRA’s attitude when dealing with doctors or allied health professionals who have challenged some of the publicly made policy statements that the “vaccines” are safe and effective, or that oppressive mandates are necessary to protect the Australian population.

AHPRA has threatened to revoke, or has actually revoked the registration of some of those challengers, on the alleged grounds that even asking questions represents an imminent risk to public health or safety and should be considered serious misconduct.

I note with deep concern the proposed amendment to the new National Law, that if passed by the Queensland Parliament, would empower AHPRA to deregister or suspend health professionals with a new paramount principal inserted into the scheme.

It would replace the current guiding paramount principle, which is that “health and safety of the public are paramount” with “public confidence in the safety and services provided”.  Public confidence will now replace care and safety.  This is a disgraceful scam.

This conflicts with the doctors’ Code of Conduct in which the “care of your patient is your primary concern”.

This proposed change will reduce the quality of medical care because it now places a wedge into the doctor/patient relationship, preventing a doctor from expressing honest and informed professional advice based on a patient’s individual circumstances when this advice is at any variance to population-wide, one-size-fits-all, general health policy.

It will prevent provision of a complete view about benefits and material risks of a proposed treatment to the patient, thereby failing to gain fully informed consent from the patient, a fundamental principle embodied in the well-established health practitioner Code of Conduct.

A doctor will run the risk of deregistration if they comply with the code of conduct and common law obligations to disclose all material risks prior to seeking the patient’s consent.

They will run the risk of deregistration if the medical view is in contrast with government policy that non-medical bureaucrats or politicians made, even if the doctor’s view is logical and scientifically sound.

This proposed legislation must not proceed and must not become part of the National Law.

I attach a transcript of Dr Altman’s presentation and briefing paper on the proposed changes to the National Law and look forward to your considered response at your earliest convenience.

Yours sincerely

Malcolm Roberts

Senator for Queensland

There often comes a time when a friend has to put his arm around a mate who is behaving badly and ask what’s going on. The Liberal Party and I had such a moment on Sunday during my speech at CPAC.

The Liberal Party seemed to consider CPAC as an opportunity to restore their conservative credentials and engage in a membership drive to the exclusion of other conservative parties, including One Nation.

The Liberals were staking their claim to an unearned (and undeserved) conservative voting ground. It was for this reason that I changed my speech on Sunday morning to start a conversation on what should be expected of a conservative politician.

CPAC was an amazing event, I congratulate the organisers for all their hard work.

While the speakers on the stage were excellent, what was even better was the full and frank conversation I had with attendees representing the full spectrum of conservative thought.

My speech condensed the advice I received from attendees into a six-minute critique of the Liberal Party.

On Saturday morning, the Outsiders panel with Spectator Australia editor Rowan Dean and fellow Sky News Australia co-hosts Rita Panahi and James Morrow declared Jacinta Nampijinpa Price and Katherine Deves as Australia’s bravest women. I absolutely agree that Jacinta and Katherine are brave, intelligent, and strong women. Amazing women. Each is a credit to the conservative movement.

However, they are not Australia’s bravest women. That title has gone to Pauline Hanson for the last 25 years.

Pauline has fought the very battles frequently mentioned during CPAC – those battles to protect family, community, Christianity, Australia’s borders, the Indigenous industry, our flag, veterans, and way of life from predatory political ideologies.

It is ironic that the omnipresent party at CPAC was the same party that sent Pauline to jail to shut her up – the Liberal Party.

After being released and exonerated, Pauline put aside her time as Australia’s first political prisoner to lead One Nation in the fight for conservative values.

This should never be forgotten, especially with the release of a new national anti-corruption body lacking in checks and balances One Nation expected to be there.

In this last Parliament, Australia’s Covid response asked many questions of our elected leaders. Questions like:

What happened to my body my choice?

What happened to the vaccine approval process?

What happened to freedom of movement and freedom of association?

What happened to the sanctity of the doctor-patient relationship?

What happened to free speech?

And how could a virus infect you in a small business, but not in a big business?

One Nation went to this last election defending conservative values and fighting for your freedom.

Senator Ralph Babet and the UAP were also there defending your freedom. The Liberal Democrats were there standing up against the genuinely evil Daniel Andrews regime in Victoria. Commentator and documentary filmmaker Topher Field was arrested for his courage and went on to produce the award-winning documentary Battleground Melbourne that I urge all Australians to watch.

What did the Liberal Party, which is now asking for your support, do in the last election? They chose to preference the Labor Party ahead of One Nation in many races, in the end delivering the Senate to the ALP.

And why was Peter Dutton and the Senior Liberal Party leadership absent from CPAC if conservatism is written large in the DNA of the Liberal Party?

Former Prime Ministers John Howard and Tony Abbott prepared messages, so why not members of the Liberal Party leadership who hold power? Why are they hiding from conservatives?

Attendees at CPAC want to see the Liberals rediscover their roots in true liberalism, although it would be unbelievable if the Liberals achieved that task in a single weekend. It could be argued that their performance over the weekend and subsequent defence of it has worsened their position within the conservative movement.

Many Liberal Party voters believe that the party quite simply sold Australia out.

‘You betrayed us!’ echoed from the crowd at one point, amid boos after some in the party misread the sentiment of the room. To those on stage who insisted that the behaviour of the Liberals was ‘not as bad as Labor’, we ask:

Who was it that locked Western Sydney residents into their homes and put troops on the streets to keep them there – that was the Liberal Berejiklian government.

Who closed their state off to the rest of Australia, imposed business closures, restricted movement, and forced medical mandates on their citizens – that was the Liberal Marshall government.

Who changed the rules to allow emergency health orders under the Biosecurity Act, and then tore up the vaccine approval rule book, while sharing the vaccine status of citizens with anyone who wanted to see it?

That was the Liberal Morrison government.

With the benefit of hindsight, we know the measures taken by the old parties, including the so-called conservative Liberal and National parties, were wrong and probably resulted in more loss of life than if the virus had been treated as a flu.

Australian Actuarial Data shows for the 3 months to March 2022 deaths from respiratory diseases, including Covid, the flu, and pneumonia were 7 per cent lower than the long-term average.

Put simply, Covid is now less deadly than the flu, based on overall deaths.

What that actuarial data also showed was that deaths from heart disease were up 10 per cent, Cerebrovascular disease was up 5 per cent, and Australia’s death rate overall is 13 per cent above the expected rate – all this despite respiratory deaths being 7 per cent down.

Why are deaths spiking?

There never was a firm or consensus medical basis for the measures that were taken by the Federal Liberal Party, and State Liberal Party governments in New South Wales and South Australia – but they did it anyway.

We must have a Royal Commission to get to the bottom of all of this.

If the Liberal Party want their supporters to ‘hold the line’, as we heard during CPAC, then they need to change their leadership, change their policies, apologise for their failures, and start over.

At CPAC, I also heard a speaker in favour of retaining the two-party system of government.

I do not agree.

It was not a two-party system that delivered conservatives a victory in Italy, that was a multi-party coalition.

It was not a two-party system that delivered conservatives to government in Sweden, that was a multi-party coalition.

While Brexit did deliver the first black eye to the globalists as another speaker mentioned, the conservatives did not do that. Nigel Farage did that, working outside of the establishment parties.

And it was not the Republicans that won the Presidency in 2016, it was Donald Trump.

It will not be the Republicans that regain Congress in a month, it will be Donald Trump and his Maga movement.

And they will retake Congress over the dead body of establishment republicans.

Can a unified conservative movement achieve more than a disunited movement?

Of course it can.

That is why all these decent, everyday Australians came to CPAC. They were there to make a difference.

We are people from all parties, united in the desire to defend conservative values. We can win this fight. Just as victory in two world wars was not any nation’s alone, rather, nations came together, allied in a single cause, to defend against evil and create a future that protects freedom, family, and abundance.

After a long period of peace and prosperity, those who seek to take everything and leave us with nothing are in the ascendency.

We have been at rest too long, my friends.

We are in a war against neo-paganism masquerading as Wokeism.

We do not need to be one party to triumph over evil, but we must be one community. We must be united, we must be resolute and most importantly, we must start today.

There is no need for a single conservative party, especially not one as arrogant and out of touch as the Liberal Party.

There is however a pressing need for conservative allies to unite, and fight side by side with a clarity of mind and purpose.

And so I implore all conservatives, now is the time, as Shakespeare said so eloquently, ‘Once more unto the breach, dear friends, once more.’

This decision is based on fear and will only lead to fear throughout the club.

The Essendon Football Club has forced Andrew Thorburn out of his CEO position because of his personal Christian beliefs, citing that they are “at odds” with the club’s views.

My question is, will the club apply this new rule on religious discrimination across the board? Will they audit all of their staff and players for supposedly “unacceptable” beliefs?

What will they do for the staff and players of Islamic faith if they are found to believe in practices like forced marriage, deception or even violence against infidels, domestic violence against wives and the punishment of homosexual acts by death.

Will anyone who believes in this fundamental version of Islam receive the same treatment as Andrew Thorburn? Or is religious discrimination only accepted against those of Christian faith?

When I came into Parliament I swore an oath to serve the people of this country. Now my grandchild is on the way. That gives a new clarity to how we should be running this country with vision for the future.

President as we return home to our families this weekend, I’m reminded of the reason many came to this Chamber in the first place.

We’re here for our families, our children.

With my first grandchild on the way, my role as a Senator takes on new meaning, refreshed and clear.

I stand in this place to build a future that will allow my grandchild to become all she or he can be, irrespective of gender, sexuality, religion or skin colour.

Australians should not be born into a world that is divided on the very things that have made Australia such a beautiful tapestry of humanity.

I will not bow to those who are using skin colour to divide us.

I will not allow an ideology advanced in this chamber that every new Australian, including my grandchild must have less so that the ruling elites can have more.

I will not allow my grandchild to be born into an Australia where greed and evil subvert freedom.

I will defend my unborn grandchild’s right to life.

And I will defend every Australian from the evil notion that, having ceased to be healthy, taking one’s own life that God gave us, is somehow noble.

To do anything else would be a betrayal of the oath of office I took with my hand on the bible.

In the last Parliament I was disappointed, deeply disappointed when a group of leading Senators, most of whom took their oath on the bible, voted against my motion on gendered language.

Instead, these Senators chose to defend an agenda that’s meekly described as woke, yet more accurately described as neo-paganism.

It is not inclusive to exclude the fundamental tenets of a civilised, Christian society – mothers, fathers and family.

I will not be told I have lost any battle I came here to rectify, for surely this means the next generation have lost before they are born.

If they are born.

We have one flag, we are one community.

We are one nation under God.

Labor Senator Tony Sheldon has attempted to take credit for policy which One Nation is actively pushing through the Parliament while Labor lets their version lapse.

Tweet from Tony Sheldon

One Nation’s Equal Pay for Equal Work Bill is currently subject to a Parliamentary Inquiry while Labor’s Bill hasn’t even been introduced to the Parliament. Only One Nation is moving forward with legislation to ensure companies using labour hire companies have to pay casual workers a minimum of the same as permanent employees doing the same work.
