Fighting for Australians.
With a long history of seeking the truth, Malcolm believes Parliament needs to return to the facts to get back on track. Malcolm’s areas of focus include:
Reducing electricity prices, increasing the supply of reliable energy and ending the government obsession with renewables.
Ending the control of unelected bureaucrats over Australia’s way of life, exiting the United Nations and restoring our sovereignty.
Opposing full foreign ownership of Australian land and forcing multinational companies to pay their fair share of tax.

Yesterday the Senate passed legislation to link Director IDs to the Companies Register. Recent major corporate collapses have cost everyday Australians hundreds of millions of dollars. Several large business failures recently have cost everyday Australians hundreds of millions of dollars. These type of frauds could have been prevented had ASIC already connected Director IDs to company records, enabling early identification of dodgy directors and monitoring of their activities.
One Nation opposed the way Director ID was introduced. The private contractor, Accenture, took this opportunity to harvest tens of millions of data from directors, which the legislation did not allow them to do. This was a serious breach of privacy laws, which the Labor Government covered up. I succeeded in having the Minister bring Accenture to heel, yet the data they illegally obtained has still never been accounted for.
Yesterday I successfully moved an amendment calling out these abuses of power and the attacks on privacy in recent years.
The amendment passed with support from all parties in the Senate.
I will hold those parties to this vote in the future. The war on privacy must stop.

It is good that you do this however if One nation is to become a power that can bring down the Greens an Labor they need to start putting a plan of action together. So the people can have confidence in the party and its leadership.
Bigtech's apps enable this - beware what apps you use - minimise the data flow.
Honestly they shouldve just used an abn which is tied to a person’s tax file number. There wouldnt have been any issues in applying and adding or linking. The creation of a whole different number was administrative redundancy created to either justify a promotion or payments to third parties - was there kick backs or a hire of an ex public servant in decision making 🤔 other professional registrations and licenses get linked to abn so there was already precedent.
Well done and great result 👍
Agree 💯 Pauline Hanson one nation ❤️
Good thing the digital id system was started to track government services members not by name by human features 15 years ago, body index and fingerprint and voices data was a part of the collection data then it move to family members, and friends, on stop shop of information, to plan and track staff and stop or start global events,
💉 wasn’t compulsory either
With Data centres being built, the war on digital privacy has just begun! If they go ahead, the public will have lost all privacy they had left.
Good work Malcolm 👍
COMMONWEALTH OF AUSTRALIA NOT WORTH THE PAPER ITS WRITTEN ON MALCOLM ALL SMOKE AND MIRRORS FAKE LEGISLATION THE COMMONWEALTH (CROWN) WILL BE DISSOLVED VERY SOON POTUS/King is about to sign something in Qatar in accordance with the Persian's that is going to trigger all events. Red Lines are Dams, It is Red October, It is the Forming of the 7 Kingdoms. The Following Day Is Diana's Birthday and Crypto Exchanges are about to collapse Queensland has just written to Buckingham Palace and told them they are appointing a Lieutenant-Governor. A position that has not existed for 80 years. SkyNews contacted QLD government for a response but nothing yet. Start paying attention folks. July starts with Princess Diana's Birthday and August 1st Q says COATS BEFORE DECLAS. Which is all Commonwealth [Crown] Coat Of Arms being removed at Federal, State and Local Govt level. King Charles is never going back to Buckingham Palace.

none of the parliamentary committee reports, AICD submissions, or legal analyses indicate that Accenture harvested data for its own use .Where the problem is Poor legislative safeguards Multiple bodies warned that the legislation did not adequately restrict: What data could be stored Who could access it How it could be shared How contractors were supervised This is why the AICD insisted that only name, Director ID, and service address should ever be publicly accessible Perhaps all government database development and use should be built and housed by the government. But this would mean hiring and employing highly paid public servants, which ON opposes. So we will always be at risk of private capitalist firms accessing our data. Meta likely knows more about you than Accenture will ever know about Directors.
Senator Malcolm Roberts We need a table a bill that throws politicians in jail for lying and corruption. There needs to be another independent body that has nothing to do with the government that can throw politicians in jail and find them and remove their pensions because the whole system currently is corrupt. If we get some of these in at least label will be thrown in jail. None of these labour politicians currently deserve to have a pension and there shouldn't be any reason we are paying for it. Also there needs to be a reduction in all the people that Labor has brought in. You would know the exact figures but I think I heard the other day there's been an extra 25% of people brought in to the government by labor something like 22,000 people or something that's cost 40 billion dollars.
This is an excellent example of why Digital ID is so bad for the Nation
Dei dodgy governance
You implemented Director IDs and had no reference to an ACN or ABN for a company in the ASIC registers ? What ? If that’s the case, isn’t that just plain simple negligence?
Surely, that wouldn't be the same Accenture which built a web site for $100 m ?
Why is Poorline trying to hide One Nations finances?
Pauline Hanson held up Paul Hogan as the face of the good old Australia she wants back. Paul Hogan called her a pelican. So now her foot soldiers are screaming that Hogan's a traitor who buggered off to California. Never mind he's there because his son has special needs. This is a mob who have never contributed a single thing to this country except hatred and division, lining up behind a wretched, grifting odious toad, to spit on the bloke who actually built the brand. Let's tally the score. Paul Hogan stuck Australia on a beach in 1984, told the world to come over, and turned this country into something people would fly across the planet to see. Crocodile Dundee cost 8.8 million Aussie dollars and pulled over 320 million US worldwide. Tourism Australia made him its first ever Legend of Australia for it. But the real number is the one that matters. The tourism boom and the global brand Hogan kicked off has poured an estimated 10 to 20 billion dollars into the Australian economy over time. That is hotels, flights, restaurants, tour operators, regional towns, jobs. Decades of it. One larrikin on a beach. Now that's about as aussie as aussie gets. Now here's Pauline. Her One Nation has hoovered up at least 16 million dollars in taxpayer electoral funding. In 2025 alone they claimed more than 6 fucking million off 160 candidates who declared spending just 872,116 between them. 76 declared spending nothing at all. Her own former candidates call it a money making scheme. One bloke brought this country 10 to 20 billion dollars. The other one posts the taxpayer an invoice for her grievances. Hogan built the brand. Hanson bills you for the resentment. Pelican was generous, Paul. Sources: At the National Press Club, Hanson named Paul Hogan and Norman Gunston as essential features of the Australian monoculture she wants revived, arguing modern multiculturalism has diluted national identity. In that 17 June 2026 address she stated Australia "cannot be a multicultural society" and "must" become monocultural. Hogan's response: he dismissed her comments as outdated and said she is living in the past. The "pelican" label is in that same reporting (originally paywalled, mirrored here): removepaywalls.com/articles/paul-hogan-labels-one-nation-leader-pauline-hanson-a-pelican.html and the monoculture exchange is covered here: www.archynewsy.com/pauline-hanson-defends-vision-of-australia-as-monoculture/ The 2025 funding rort. One Nation received over 6 million dollars in public funding off its 6.4 percent national vote, lodged a claim for just over 6 million in July, and the AEC then queried 143 of its claimed expense items. Candidates reported spending just 872,116 dollars for the 2025 election despite the party's claim of more than 6 million, and former candidates described it as a "money making scheme." Source: www.theukpulse.co.uk/news/australia/one-nation-withdraws-800k-in-election-spending-claims-amid-ae... www.theguardian.com/australia-news/2026/jun/29/one-nation-pauline-hanson-election-funding-withdra... The primary record. The hard funding numbers all trace back to the AEC's election funding determinations and Transparency Register: transparency.aec.gov.au and the 2025 finalised payments here: www.aec.gov.au/media/2025/11-27.htm by I f love Australia
It has become a Communist like government that seeks control over Australians and taking privacy away from them.
Wow,...you actually done something to justify your pay, besides flinging sh#t.....😵💫
The war on Australians MUST stop. These thieves in Labor have destroyed our country. Time to take control.
How about legislation to remove all of these thieving and criminal politicians
One Nation wants to know if the Isis Brides and their children:
⚠️Will be required to attend deradicalisation programs.
⚠️Present a threat to the safety of Australians.
⚠️And if there are more coming.
These are the answers we received.

Dodges the question
So they all had valid passports?
No answers, just waffle
Privacy laws don’t apply when you are required to provide information by law, ie a request from a government authority.
Who asked turkey neck to chime in???? 🙄🙄🙄
We have no housing for our own , so would be interesting to know where they are living
Look at Watt giving his 2c to help deflect the question.
The answer is either Yes or No
Taking on notice I've heard that phrase somewhere before
Another question ? Were the children born overseas ? Have the parents been born here . If not the children are not Australian
Privacy, it wasn't to long ago we had to give our medical history to the world lol
with this parliamentary system everything is always “I’ll take it on notice “ why not answering the question or get the information so it’s sorted 🙄
So they don't have to answer any questions 😡
So bearocracy is more important than Australian concerns
Omg it’s like getting an answer out of a 4 year old trying to hide the fact they ate out the nutella jar 🤦♀️
Senator Roberts why don't you give your question to those people first before I get to the senate inquiry so they can easily your questions when they come to the inquiry. (Hopefully those who are answering the questions won't have to say "UM" all the time).
The supposed experts stated that there are deradicalisation programs for children
They always dodge every question
Don’t you mean one Pelican ? Or in your case Mal One and a half Pelicans 🤭
They should only be allowed to return on our terms, if they don't agree to them, then that would be the end of it.
Sounds like secret squirrel business!!
oh gawd ? heaven help us ?
Anotherill take it on notice Um Um Um
Why not ask who is currently paying for the food and accommodation of these returned people? Will the bill for the healthcare also be footed by the tax payer? Since it was brought up, why have the 40 people who fought for Isis been allowed to return?
Good questions Senator Malcolm Roberts

Diversity is code for White Extinction There is no diversity in Nigeria. There is no diversity in Somalia. There is no diversity in India. There is no diversity in Pakistan. There is no diversity in Bangladesh. But for some reason, the western world is expected to take in unlimited migrants from non diverse, third world countries in order to turn us into some sort of multicultural society. The facts are simple; our cultures are not equal and do not mix well. Time to end this failed experiment. Send all migrant Invaders home.
Strange idea of fast tracking.
Is that Pauline going through on the right there, Mal? Sure looks like her.
How many of you ON voters benefit from any one of these? 1. Age Pensions (1909) Introduced by: The Deakin Protectionist Government (with crucial support from the Australian Labor Party). 2. Sick Leave (1920s) Introduced by: The Commonwealth Conciliation and Arbitration Court (now the Fair Work Commission). Sick leave wasn't born from a single piece of legislation but evolved through union pressure and court rulings. 3. Four Weeks National Annual Leave Legislated (1940s–1970s) Federalised by the Whitlam Labor Government (1973) and the Conciliation and Arbitration Commission (1974). 4. PBS Subsidised Medicine (1948) Introduced by: The Chifley Labor Government. 5. Long Service Leave (1951) Introduced by: The McGirr NSW Labor Government first, later adopted nationally. 6. Medicare (1975 / 1984) Introduced by: The Whitlam Labor Government (as Medibank) and reintroduced by the Hawke Labor Government (as Medicare). 7. Employer Contributed Superannuation (1992) Introduced by: The Keating Labor Government Building on the 1986 Accord, Prime Minister Paul Keating introduced the Superannuation Guarantee (SG) in 1992. 8. Paid Parental Leave (2011) Introduced by: The Gillard Labor Government following a landmark report by the Productivity Commission. 9. NDIS - National Disability Insurance Scheme (2013) Introduced by: The Gillard Labor Government following years of campaigning by the disability sector and a recommendation from the Productivity Commission. 10. De carbonisation (2022 to 2024) The Australian Labor Party (the Albanese Government) introduced a comprehensive suite of policies aimed at transforming Australia's energy grid, transport sector, and manufacturing.

Hi Malcolm, What sanctions is Pauline proposing for people born outside of Australia? Should they be allowed to run for political office?
That seems to say it all.
Is Australia allowed to independently decide who takes permanent residence in Australia or not ? Or is there an International Body who override this ?
How true that is 🤬🤬🤬🤬
What a travesty.
