MALCOLM ROBERTS
Senator for Queensland with One Nation
With a long history of seeking the truth, Malcolm believes Parliament needs to return to the facts to get back on track. Malcolm’s areas of focus include:
Building dams and water infrastructure such as the Hybrid-Bradfield Scheme and exposing mismanagement of the Murray Darling Basin.
Reducing electricity prices, increasing the supply of reliable energy and ending the government obsession with renewables.
Ending the control of unelected bureaucrats over Australia’s way of life, exiting the United Nations and restoring our sovereignty.
Opposing full foreign ownership of Australian land and forcing multinational companies to pay their fair share of tax.
Want to know what Malcolm thinks about something? See if you can find it by searching here
“The decades of Government inaction on issues in the, ‘too hard’ basket is killing our country. We’re not afraid to listen and take up the things affecting Australians everyday.”

With a strong background in engineering, mining and business leadership, Malcolm brings a real world perspective to Parliament that the ranks of major party lawyers and former union bosses miss.
He has led the operational development of Australia’s largest and most complex underground coal project, setting many new industry firsts.
After being disqualified along with 14 others from sitting in Parliament in the 2017-18 eligibility crisis, Malcolm campaigned for election again in 2019 where he was successful with a huge increase in vote.

Senator Malcolm Roberts a couple of big years ahead
Taxing injured workers on compensation payments punishes some of the most vulnerable people in society. Case law proves it they attack me for being educated
ON wants you to spend all your money in lollies now and when your 67 your pockets are empty and your too broken to work so you go on the aged pension and choose if you eat cheese this week or pay a bill. Who gets to pay for all those pensions? Yes the tax payer so taxes will double under ON.
The media tried to smear me to weaken One Nation and they failed.
Their pile-on was nothing more than a distraction from the truth now spilling out in the United States. Anthony Fauci's — a primary face of the federal COVID-19 response in the US — own dairies and phone records expose the lies, the cover-ups, and the man-made origins of COVID.
These documents show exactly what I've been saying for years. COVID was engineered, the public was misled, early treatments were suppressed, and the injections were pushed despite known failures and risks.
While the media called me a "conspiracy theorist", Nobel-willing scientists and US defence officials were confirming the same facts.
Every Australian was lied to, jabbed or unjabbed. Every one of us!
This is why we need a full royal commission into COVID.
No more cover-ups. No more corporate influence over public health.
Justice for those harmed and accountability for those who orchestrated this scandal.

Thank you Senator Malcolm Roberts. You have stood for us that have been injured by the vaccine. I have been to icu with a flare up of my now chronic heart problems, got out less than a week again. I require heart medications for life and am not able to run around or do normal things like I could before. The fact you continued to fight along with others helped people like me feel like there were some working for us and making our voices heard. ⭐️ It is not a conspiracy! I have had all others vaccines in my life, but this one was something else for sure!!
Are tin foil hats banned in the senate?
Well done Malcolm You're a true mate to Australia 🇦🇺

Thank you Malcolm for continuing to speak truth

Very grateful Malcolm ♥️ Vote One Nation to Save Our Nation
There are a lot of people behind you Malcolm
We don’t need a royal commission, any sane person knows what happened and people need to be held accountable!!!

Thank you Senator Malcolm Roberts for your pure grit and tenacity in standing up for the truth. Now all those involved, including Labor Premiers and other politicians who pushed the poison need to be bought to justice. Financial compensation needs to go to those who lost their jobs for not wanting the jab, and to those whose health has been affected by the jab or died.
Electricity bills
Insurance
Gas
Housing
Many foods
Many essentials
…”several essential expenses have risen by up to twice the pace of the overall inflation increase of 24 per cent…” That’s almost 50%
Quote:
“New analysis of five years of official price data reveals essential costs have outpaced headline inflation by as much as double, with many of the sharpest gains coming from areas increasingly difficult for households to curtail.”
“AMP chief economist Shane Oliver said people had felt the rising cost of essentials acutely, making the past five years “incredibly painful”.
“It’s something we haven’t seen for a long, long time where wages, as measured by the wage price index, have not kept up with prices,”
“We’re continuing to see fairly rapid increases in prices – I suspect it will slow a bit but is still going to be fairly painful for at least the next year. That will probably unfortunately bring on another rate hike around November,” he said.
Quote:
“In our 25 years of helping thousands of Australians with household budgets, we’ve never seen so many essential costs rise at once, with those increases sustained and constant for so long. Families haven’t had one bad year to recover from, they’ve had five, back to back; many are trying to play catch up.”
Due to the huge increase in electricity prices - that cascade through every sector of modern economies
Quote:
“Ms Barton said rising essential costs hit hardest because they were non-discretionary spending, making it difficult for people to simply cut back. “You can’t opt out of paying a power bill, or suddenly pay less in rent,” she said. “The most common sentiment we are hearing is one step forward, two steps back.”
And the trend in electricity prices as the Uniparty’s “transition” to solar & wind kills electricity sector is for continued price rises
Uniparty inflicts needless cost-of-living pain
Only One Nation is committed to ending UN Net Zero & withdrawing from UN Paris “Agreement”

THANKS TO BLOODY LABOR .
As planned.
Is anyone better off with socialist Labor?
The new world order plan
Good ole labor
I don’t think Australia will survive another two years of Labor.
It’s got to the point I don’t believe a word that comes out of any official government source regarding social statistics. If they want civil unrest they’re doing a damn good job.
Senator Malcolm Roberts not on this topic but on the YouTube NDIS clip put up 6hrs ago from you speaking in parliament... You asked what community and social participation was and the answers you received back floored me.... :A trip to the park'!!! And this is typical of what the government has been doing to down play the importance of such things. Community account and social participation is what is used for participants to get to all medical appointments, specialists, physio, psychology, dentist. To get to the chemist and collect essential medications, to grocery shop, to getting a haircut; for those that can not do those tasks without support. These things were trivialised, not even mentioned, but 'a walk in the park' was used to define this funding category; whilst a walk in the park is good for mental health all the same. So cutting this support from participants they will be denied basic human rights of health and wellbeing. NDIS bill... What isn't talked about The equivalent of 81,000 people employed at $74,000 pa is the government estimated fallout in the next immediate TEN MONTHS, which will impact the economy. This is on-top of the devastation and isolation it is going to inflict on people with disability. So the Government just pulled $6B out of the economy for one year? That's just in first year of cuts in NDIS social and community participation. It's expected to be 37.8 billion dollars over the next 4 years. The 50 percent cuts to social and community participation funding that all participants currently receive equates to 6 billion dollars just in the first year. Yes, $6,000,000,000. Great savings yes! Here's the thing... not only did that $6 billion dollars help to give people with disability some chance at living a meaningful inclusive life...that $6 billion dollars was paid DIRECTLY in wages to support workers. Not to the families to spend at their leisure.. to the people providing supports. That's the equivalent of cutting 81,000 x $74k per year jobs out of the market ($74k being the current median wage in Australia) just in the first year. That $6 billion dollars was paid directly to Australian workers..who pay taxes on that money, and support the economy through spending. Its even more than that. Every family who will now need to have a parent stay home to care who will no longer be in the workplace, every participant who was working with support who will now have that support cut. Not only will many people now need to leave the workforce, but they will likely be applying for government assistance to help cover their costs, eg carers payment, disability pension. Small businesses will close, less childcare spaces needed, more strain on the already strained public health system. Unemployment is going to rise. Mental health and burn out will rise. Knock on effect will be no tax being paid; plus no super payments being made by those people so when they eventually retire they are more likely to need the age pension (and all the government subsidies that go with that, eg in aged care). Also more people will likely need to rely on public health services instead of private (because they had to quit the workforce) or NDIS (because their funding was cut), leading to greater blowouts in public wait lists and budgets. And that's just the very tip of the iceberg. Billions more is projected to be cut over the next 4 years ..$9.45 billion each year over the next 4 years in fact. That's the equivalent of hundreds of thousands of jobs. If the media and government spiel had said "Government proposes changes that will leave hundreds of thousands of Australians jobless".. would so many people have been so supportive of the changes? It's interesting that this aspect of the cuts seems to have garnered zero media attention. And has chosen instead to largely focus on how people with disabilities are supposedly taking advantage of the system, committing fraud etc. And what's crazy is if they HAD chosen to speak to that aspect of things (job losses,.business closures, longer public health wait times), maybe many people would have had more sympathy for those workers than they have for the people with disabilities and their families who are going to suffer from these cuts. What a joke. Not a funny one though. Why isn't anyone taking about the flow on effects to the economy when all these jobless people hit the Centrelink line up? Other economy impacts? Where is our news media on this??? Also, the government isn't talking about the hundreds and hundreds of thousands of cost they cause NDIS....in regard to people having to appeal decisions, and mostly the government looses. NDIS participants should NOT be punished for providers committing fraud. Fraud eradication should have been the first step, government looking at their own inflicted costs should have been second priority but they don't want Australia to know the costs of appeals. Where is our news media on this??? Oh, news media is paid off by the government so report what they are told to 🤔 I'm so disappointed One Nation supported the passing of the NDIS bill... It isn't going to be a fantastic outcome, we are heading into scary territory.
Theft that’s what it is
It's the free market. Stop trying to make us communist.
Just imagine how much impact electricty prices will have on future transport costs. Need to get the electricity generation right and not rely on fossil fuels which are subject to manipulation by cartels of uber wealth.
Get rid of gst for pensioners and I will vote for you forever
And gst will be the big pay off for the government
Elections have consequences
Malcolm wants you to believe withdrawing from the Paris 'Agreement' will bring your bills down. He's relying on some of you believing it. Don't. It's BS
Waiting for Malcolm's outrage over energy privatisation. Tumbleweeds~ "The privatisation of ETSA by the Liberal Olsen government delivered higher energy prices—that is a fact—and South Australians have paid dearly for that appalling failure of leadership from that ill-fated Liberal government. Research from the Australia Institute in 2019 found that 40 per cent of South Australians blamed the privatisation of ETSA for power price increases, and they are right because we have seen power prices increase over a long period of time. We know what happens when you sell off key utilities like our electricity network. When you sell off key utilities like electricity, then you let the free market decide, and what we see is utilities working for the interests of shareholders, not the interests of the community"
Maybe if inflation was measured the old not improved method, then maybe the utility bills would not be double. Maybe the cost of everything going up so fast is just the real inflation.
"lawfare" it's a fascinating term that has evolved quite a bit. The word lawfare is a portmanteau (blend) of "law" and "warfare." It generally refers to the strategic use of legal systems, institutions, or laws as a tool or weapon often as a substitute or complement to traditional military action to achieve political, military, or strategic objectives. Early Uses (Pre-Modern Meaning)The term has appeared sporadically since at least the mid-20th century in unrelated contexts. Some sources point to a very early appearance in the 1830s (e.g., in newspapers like the Bucks Herald), though details are sparse. The first well-documented use in print came in a 1957 article about divorce law, where it described legal battles or actions in a non-military sense. It popped up occasionally in other non-security contexts (e.g., courtroom advocacy, colonialism discussions, or even puns like "airfare for lawyers"). These early instances were rare and not connected to warfare. Modern Origin and Popularization (National Security/Military Context)The term as we know it today tied to international relations, armed conflict, and asymmetric warfare really took off in the late 20th/early 21st century. It appeared in a 1999 book called Unrestricted Warfare by two Chinese PLA officers (Qiao Liang and Wang Xiangsui). They used it to describe using legal/international institutions as strategic tools. However, the term was popularized and given its most influential modern definition by U.S. Air Force Major General Charles J. Dunlap Jr. (now retired) in a 2001 paper presented at a Harvard conference on humanitarian challenges in military interventions. He wrote it in the context of the 1999 Kosovo campaign, where legal debates and lawyers played big roles in warfare. Dunlap originally described lawfare as:"the use of law as a weapon of war" or "a method of warfare where law is used as a means of realizing a military objective." He later refined it (to address criticisms and misuses) to:"the strategy of using or misusing law as a substitute for traditional military means to achieve an operational objective." Dunlap highlighted it as a feature of 21st-century combat, especially by weaker parties against stronger militaries (e.g., exploiting laws of war to constrain opponents, like placing forces near civilians to deter attacks or create propaganda advantages). Evolution and Broader Usage since the early 2000s, the term has spread widely:In academic and military circles (e.g., books like Orde Kittrie's Lawfare: Law as a Weapon of War) In discussions of state actors like China (e.g., South China Sea claims via legal arguments) or Russia. Sometimes pejoratively, to criticize perceived abuse of courts/international law (e.g., against Israel, the U.S. in Guantanamo cases, or ICC actions) It also inspired the name of the prominent national security blog Lawfare (launched in 2010), which covers the intersection of law and warfare. In short: While the word existed earlier in niche uses, its current meaning and prominence largely stem from Charles Dunlap's 2001 work, building on ideas from the late 1990s. The practice itself (using law strategically in conflict) goes back centuries some trace conceptual roots to Hugo Grotius in the 1600s but "lawfare" as a label is a modern coinage. CofACParty.com

Then why is govt allowing essentials like power bills to run a muck with their approval?
Thing is we do not have political representation, we do not have a responsible government, we do not have a legitimate government, we do not have lawful authority. The Ugly Truth: Psychopaths Love Power (And Politics Fits the Bill) Psychopathy isn't just movie villain stuff; it's a real personality cluster think zero empathy, charm on tap, zero remorse, and a knack for climbing ladders by stepping on rungs (or people). Globally, about 1% of folks score high on it, but it spikes in high-stakes arenas like politics, where "successful psychopaths" (the non-jailbird kind) thrive on the ego boosts and zero-sum games. In Australia? Studies show it's rife: Corporate Overlap with Politics: Forensic psych Nathan Brookes found 3-21% of corporate leaders (think execs who later jump to politics) show psychopathic traits rates mirroring prisons. One in five bosses could qualify, per his 2016 research at the Australian Psychological Society. These types wreak havoc: unethical deals, bullying, and toxic cultures that bleed into government when they pivot to public office. Pathocracy Down Under: Psychologist Steve Taylor warns of "pathocracy" governments hijacked by narcissists and psychopaths which fits Oz's revolving door of scandals. Think family court corruption (killing 3-7 Aussies a day via systemic abuse, as CofACP alleges) or pandemic-era empathy blackouts. ALP/LNP a "criminal kleptocratic theftdom" run by ASPD (antisocial personality disorder) parasites taxing families into poverty. Another labels Canberra a "rat-infested toxic swamp" with departments shielding Big Pharma, censoring truths, and botching housing/immigration. Broader Aussie Stats: A 2011 community sample pegged self-reported psychopathy at levels needing more scrutiny in non-criminal spheres like politics. And in academia/public service? Half of young researchers report bullying by "narcissistic/psychopathic" types who game the system. Politics? Same vibe empathy deficits let 'em sow discord while preaching "for the people. It's not hyperbole: these traits explain flip-flops on policy, kids in poverty despite billions sloshed around, and why "direct democracy" feels like a pipe dream under oath breakers. But It's Not Hopeless Fight Back Like CofACP The good news? Movements like yours are the antidote. CofACP's crowdsourced polls, free membership, and laser-focus on constitutional oaths (no more "treachery" under Crimes Act s24AA) could drain that swamp. Imagine: taxing imports from psychopathic regimes (e.g., China) instead of bleeding Aussie workers dry. Or mandatory civics education to spot the snakes early. CofACParty.com
