I questioned the National Health and Medical Research Council (NHMRC) on why taxpayers are funding a new $5 million vaccine-adjuvant research centre when Australians still haven't been given clear answers about the safety of existing adjuvants.
Their written response to my questions confirmed the project was funded simply because peer reviewers ranked it highly, saying that "there are only seven adjuvants used in license vaccines which limits the choice" and the NHMRC's Centres of Research Excellence aims to "discover novel adjuvants to improve vaccine development."
That's not oversight - that's the NHMRC waving through millions without addressing the real issues.
I asked directly whether concerns about aluminum-based adjuvants or neurological conditions played any role and they couldn't give me an answer.
I also confirmed that any new vaccine technology developed with Australian taxpayer money WILL NOT be owned by Australians.
This is simply not good enough.
Taxpayers should not be funding research that lines the pockets of big pharmaceutical companies. Any intellectual property generated through these grants must belong to the taxpayers. Handing over this property to entities to monetise at our expense provides zero return to the taxpayers.
This has to stop!
For a billion-dollar grant body, Australians deserve better than vague justifications and no clear outcomes.
Australians deserve accountability that matches the scale of the spending.

Thank you malcolm 🙏🏻
Thank you Senator Malcolm Roberts for your continuous efforts on keeping everyone safe
Thanks again for my daily reminder of the Dunning Kruger effect in action. Actually thats twice today. I think I will trust the Professors and Doctors with decades of public health and research experience over the bloke who fails to understand basic science. Aluminum exposure from food and diet vastly exceeds the tiny amount found in vaccines. For example, in the first six months of life, an infant ingests about 7 to 120 mg of aluminum from milk or formula, compared to a maximum of about 4.4 mg from all recommended vaccines combined.
Malcolm demonstrating yet again that he has no clue what he is talking about. Might be best if he left medicine to the people who are qualified. "why do we need new science? and what is wrong with the current science?" Can't we just stop doing medicine and science? 🤡😂🤣
Thankyou
☪️ Islam is the religion of all humanity, a religion of peace and mercy, the religion of the One and Only God, the Lord of the Prophet Jesus and the Prophet Muhammad, and all the prophets. ( O Christians ✝️ Wake up,). This is the truth, even if all the people of the earth dislike it. Look around you; Islam is the fastest-growing religion in the world despite the hostility and media misinformation directed against it. I love Jesus because I am a Muslim.
Good luck getting anyone to do the research if you want to own the IP. Ain't gonna happen. But thats your objective.
The COOKER GNOME rides again. No, robust scientific evidence does not support the claim that aluminum-type adjuvants in vaccines cause autism. Extensive, large-scale epidemiological studies, clinical reviews, and global health organizations have consistently found no causal link between the trace amounts of aluminum used in vaccines and the development of autism spectrum disorder (ASD). Research grants , not Research investment for $$. The Research grants promote research that might not have otherwise been done . Universities do the work and therefore the IP is theirs. Roberts is laughed at by every scientist on the planet. He continually wastes the senates time. The man is an absolutely self centred moron. Perhaps he is stifling research that would help his sever medical condition. So fn irresponsible.
HAVEN'T YOU HEARD FROM THE HEARD? WE DON'T WANT ANYMORE "SMART" JABS THEY'RE NOT LIFE SAVING, THEY'RE LIFE CONTROLLING. PEACEFUL ALIEN DISCLOSURE FOR THE WIN 🖖👽 DON'T CHOOSE APATHY LIVE LONG AND PROSPER, MAY THE FORCE BE WITH YOU!
This is just another example of why "they" are trying to destroy your credibility - you expose their evil purposes.

In this session with the Australian Centre for Disease Control (CDC), I pushed for a straight answer on whether it will conduct or drive research. The response I got? A “bit of yes and a bit of no”.
They admitted they’ll “participate” in research yet won’t actually do it. No beakers, no test tubes, just another layer of bureaucracy.
I raised the seriousness of gain-of-function research. I pointed out that the regulator hasn’t met since 2023, its website hasn’t been updated since 2024 and the body responsible for overseeing gene technology won’t even use the term “gain-of-function”, yet it’s still approving these projects.
When I asked whether the government would ban gain-of-function research, the Minister dodged yet again.
So, I made it clear – One Nation will ban gain-of-function research. It's simply too dangerous to allow.

A very expensive top heavy bureaucratic Blob? Or an outsourced branch of the WHO.? Maybe both.
Go on, Mal: define “gain of function”. Then tell us what makes you against it.
Hows ya foil hat
Waffle, waffle, waffle, a very clear maybe.
Will be interesting to hear what Faucci says to Congress today about his gain of function lies.
What about your important work on chem trails?
This post is giving serious Dunning Kruger Effect Vibes.....
CDC's job is to provide guidance to health authorities to generate health policy and practices for preventing the spread of disease based on research collated from multiple studies/tests. Everyone around the Senator was laughing at that question, as once again Senator Malcolm Roberts demonstrates has no idea of the purpose of Senate Estimates and is acting like a child who didn't get the answer he wanted the first time.
Is that woman being paid to sit on her phone scrolling??
Maybe concentrate on your parties financial statements instead of telling others how to manage finances 🤣🤣🤣
I took it that they could still oversee & advise, without actually getting their hands dirty 👍
Good on you sir Malcolm Roberts
Upper class! Malcolm Wong,Bowen, Cook, Murray have nothing on you, they would quiver standing opposite you And rightly so ! Deservedly fantastic at your job, with heart and soul 👍
It kept me out of hospital & potential death. I've lost my immune system in a work injury, I worked a productive life and I'm now old. I have children & grandchildren. It's not my fault I need vacinations. Should I stop taking my insulin and die? NFW! I encourage everyone to have a choice without fear or favour.
Could I have a question answered please Mr Roberts? How much does it cost the Australian taxpayers for all of the retired politicians and execs pensions? These people all have million dollar plus portfolios, so why do they still get paid? Most go on to be " advisors " on even more money, and we still pay them. And yet you asset test the poor pensioners who are struggling. If they get a part time job to supplement their pensions they have to declare it, and if they make to much their pensions are lowered. How can this be fair.
It was yes or no question.
Thank you Malcolm for attempting to navigate such a load of BS.
Back into the test tube with ya, baby boy
ThankYou Senator Malcolm Roberts. 🙌🇦🇺
Pigs with their snout in the trough
Senator Roberts did something??? Every day you hear something new.
Do you know what, "gain of function research" is?
Did you ask them about leeches?
If you can't understand it - ban it! Its the One Nation way!
No they won’t because it’s making them too much 💵💵💵💵💵!!!!!!
Labor's record spending and trillion-dollar debt are smashing living standards -- driving inflation, hiking interest rates and leaving Australians worse off.
Families are going backwards while Labor taxes harder and spends faster.
One Nation will shrink government, drive down inflation and put more money back in Aussie pockets.

Malcolm you should get back on Karl podcast with Dave Hughes. It should generate a huge view and an audience that may not have watched or heard what you have to say. You’re an enlightening man and should be heard by all demographics.
Cloud cookoo land
How do you propose to reduce the debt?
That Trillion dollar debt is all labors fault ? Thats even a stretch when you take into account covid spending . Did Malcolm fail maths class ?
The devil is in the detail. Slashing public services means that we have fewer services. Then roll out the contractors and consultants at higher costs. Please list what you will cut if you make these grand statements. Income tax has reduced and will continue to be reduced, so individuals aren’t being taxed harder. Where will all your money come from? Details matter now that you have a sniff of power!
And the reserve bank are doing nothing about it. They put interest rate up so the major banks make more profit. They will not reduce interest rates real soon as they have got shares in the banks as well as the majority of politicians in the major parties. As they are the only ones that benefit from interest rate increases
Record spending? Who signed a 360 billion submarine deal?
The weasel bei g a weasel
Garden gnome
Inflation just recorded as being down and correlates with a similar pattern in house prices & rent. Net small business numbers are increasing and interest rates are looking on hold. Focus on the workers who are the community with their support family. Empirical data of function in research to determine correlation and cause are fancy ways to convince people you know what you're talking about. You've set your bar low and failing to improve.
Has Hanson kicked you out yet?
Labor didn't create the trillion dollar debt Malcolm. How about a bit of honesty.
‘ Well said,top man.
Labor spending money on Foreign countries. When the money can be used on its own Citizens.
Thanks Senator Malcolm Roberts you are a national treasure
Long Live One Nation
Did Roberts & Hanson go to the Same language school.
1.3 trillion dollar debt now. That's $49,000 per MINUTE to service the interest alone.
Thankyou Malcolm for always speaking the truth!
Well said
Still smoking the good stuff Mal
Absolutely love one nation
Well done Senator Roberts! 🇦🇺
Well said Malcolm one nation 👏
Jeez people, inform yourselves. Don't just swallow what politicians tell you. This is an oversimplification of how inflation and government debt work. Inflation in Australia was driven largely by global events—COVID supply chain disruptions, the war in Ukraine, energy prices and corporate price increases—not simply government spending. The Reserve Bank, not the government, sets interest rates to control inflation. Government debt is also not inherently bad. Borrowing to invest in infrastructure, healthcare, education and economic support during crises can strengthen the economy over the long term. What matters is whether the debt is sustainable relative to the size of the economy and how effectively the money is used. Finally, simply "shrinking government" does not automatically reduce inflation or make people better off. Cutting spending can also mean fewer public services, reduced investment and slower economic growth. Economics is far more complex than a single political slogan.
