More home brew being made . More suppliers of tabacco because of the cost . I bought 100 grams in Hawaii for 25 dollars . Here that costs nearly 500 dollars .

Make possession of any quantity of tobacco products not obtained legally an offence. The smokers are creating the demand. 20 years ago when smokes were around $10 a pack chop chop was half the price. It was nasty stuff. The last 10 years have been a windfall for the gangs, but the business model will still work for them.
