I questioned Minister Wong (Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade) and officials regarding the devastating issue of Australian children being abducted to Japan by one parent and entirely cut off from their Australian families due to Japanese domestic law.
While I understand the need for diplomatic language, my priority is getting these kids back to their families.

Wasn't expecting that question i wasnt aware of it either so im interested
Ok Malcolm what would you do and how have you reached out to the Japanese government. Being a Senator surely allows you to do that?

I take it they are with a parent, therefore they are with family. And as he says its Japanese law.
Ah hm ah hm ah 🧐
Clueless in Canberra
Wong moves her hands around a lot it makes her look smarter and like she knows the answer But doesn’t
Its not a laughing matter
If they cannot supply actual documents to support these claims, freeze their pay and all their colleagues pay until they can provide true and accurate supporting documents and information. This goes for any and all politicians and government officials and agencies
re there any men in the labour party.🤔.mal
Put on the spot (probably planned) and answered well
Pack your bags 🎒 rainbow 🌈
It is not just Japan.
Not funny
And how are you going to do that, if it's up to you? 🤣🤣🤣
Oh she’s clearly across it…. Not 🙄
Did Malcolm just say Mr wong?...😂
During this Estimates hearing, I questioned the NDIA regarding an investigative series on NDIS fraud by Pete Zogoulas and Drew Pavlou, asking if the agency had launched any audits, compliance actions, or law enforcement referrals based on their reports.
I specifically tried to ask about any investigations into individuals named Jamal Sabsabi, Josef Yusif and Marcia De Menezes. Mr Dardo declined to comment on individual cases and defended the agency's broader enforcement system. He emphasised that the agency has identified and removed thousands of fraudulent providers through both public prosecutions and non-public measures, such as manual payment reviews and search warrants.
Mr Dardo further stated that journalists would have no way of knowing the full scope of the NDIA's confidential actions, adding that some public matters highlighted in the videos had already been actioned by the agency long before the series was produced.

Running for cover as usual.
Who's he protecting?
Harsher penalties for stealing from the ndis, aged care, child care etc. Stronger procedures for accessing funds, audit the coordinators, visit all businesses, do not give prior warnings
A lot of paper shuffling! We need to look into any childcare centres they have because the ones overseas are childless!!
How much dead wood are we employing in the government?
There’s no way an elected representative would Answer that question from the Labour Party
Umm arr, um arr there are Umm arr and the reviews arr Umm , MY GOODNESS and that is a person who is meant to be educated and a CEO , 😅
Well done Senator Malcolm Roberts great work, again!
Q. Why did his department not find these blatentent breaches of shonky operations?
NDIA obviously did not watch the show because this guy had no clue about it .
We the public are entitled to know!!
This is a joke
Did we get the money back???
Look how lazy and dishonest our public sector are . They are all so miserable today as they actually had to go to work for the day . Normally they are at home living a luxurious life of the tax payer
Senator Malcolm Roberts u are doing a fantastic job, thank you 🙏🏾
Removed them but have they paid the funds back?
Any investigations completed, in progress or being planned for price gouging by providers ????? It’s not “rocket science” to undertake basic price cross checking !!!
Haven't heard of any criminal charges yet, so who is mr dardo trying to fool? If true, how many cases and what was the outcome? If I was in his shoes I would scream it from the rooftops but NOTHING🤣🤣
All shuffling bloody papers..
they are setting up new buisnesses under new names/starting again.
Love your work Malcolm! You are fighting the good fight for those of us in the private sector who are at capacity but would 10000% see it exactly as you call it. These people would never cut it in the private sector - hence why they muddle their way as numpty and incompetent bureaucrats who would never make it in the private sector! That’s why the private sector is so more effective than the incompetence in the public sector. You have to deliver and perform in the private sector - a foreign concept to these incompetent bureaucrats!
The Indian cockroach 🪳
Does anyone wonder why the NDIS is for profit, disability care is an essential service.
Long winded way of saying no, we’ve done fukall about it still🤦🏽♂️
Way past time that civil servants are jailed as not fit for purpose.
It’s wrong that Australian parents are forced to pay child support to a parent holding their child in Japan contrary to Australian court orders.
During this session, the department couldn't tell me how many Aussie parents are trapped in this nightmare, nor how they ensure these funds actually benefit the children.
While I welcome news of updates to Japanese domestic law, we must stop enabling parental abduction.

Anytime a parent does not allow access, they should get nothing. As it stands, parents are financially rewarded for disallowing access.
In Australia they stop all contact without any evidence of risk and then the child is alienated from that parent! Two years of no contact or in some cases for a child’s life and that goes against both the child’s and the parents human rights. It breaks section 24 and 25 of the charter of human rights within a court proceeding. Yet Australian children and the caring parent suffers.
Same goes in Australia parents deny access all the time but with no access given they still want you to pay for them
In many cases, the parent receiving child support may be the one limiting or reducing time with the other parent. A reduction in time spent with a child unilaterally decided by the person recieiving the child support should not automatically result in increased child support unless change in care arrangements has been mutually agreed to by both parents or is supported by a court order, parenting plan, or other formal documentation.
So the paying parents access rights have been removed. The child or the paying parent will likely never see each other again, thats cruel and abuse of power also child abuse. With the receiving parent now having 100% of the time with child the paying parent needs to pay more. The laws around child support and access need to change to at starting position of 50%
Why is any child in poverty if both parents are supposed to be supporting the children. The parent in Australia has been wilfully disconnected from the children by the other parent, taking the kids overseas. The Australian parent should not have to pay a cent in Child support for a child that has been wilfully taken away! Unless they both agreed and it’s in writing that they both agreed.
It wouldn’t matter if they were in Japan or in Australia, family court orders aren’t worth the paper they’re written on. Any other jurisdiction, if I breached court orders I would be arrested. Family court they don’t care, it’s a joke. I had a solicitor tell me we couldn’t bring a contravention because the judge doesn’t like doing them
Its a battle iv been trying to address for years now , when having your child 50% custody and supporting that child with a roof over there head food on the table and a warm bed and clothes on there back why is it that child support still wants me to pay a ridiculous amount of money to the other parent when iv clearly shown that iv done all the right things as a parent to support my child but yet im the bad parent in all this only becaues the fact is that the mother has and still does make stupid decisions and doesn't take accountability for her actions , you think you have a problem now wait till it all comes in to alignment and the dots start to connect and everything starts to shift then we will see who the real ones are and some will be shocked to of even thought the person under the mask you respected once was a close friend of yours
why should an Australian parent be forced to pay child support at all. until family law courts decide percentage of care.
No access no child support
Thank you Malcolm the family court needs a complete overhaul!!
Time to re-introduce penalties for perjury, within the family law act. Currently, allegations without evidence (and at times straight up lies), are being used as a weapon to alter the family court outcome. Contact orders are being ignored, with absolutely no repercussions. Many family court lawyers are advising their clients to make false allegations, normally to extend the time the case remains in the court system, purely as a money making excercise. The only winners in a family breakdown are the lawyers.
How about you work on DV laws. Oh wait Pauline thinks they are unfair.
Good drills Senator Malcolm Roberts
Thanks for asking the questions for overseas situations... the alienated parent is much more limited in international situations due to the foreign policies on child support. Id love to see the light shined on our local system.... no doubt the slithering answers will be even more infuriating to listen to. Thank you Senator Malcolm Roberts
Not just Japan, China also
Senator Malcolm Roberts I thought Japan was the poster country of your monocultural society you dream of…….
Mate that happens here in Australia with both parents here in the country
Abolish child support and let parents fund their time with their children themselves. See how that pays out.
Ok, Ladies. Are you sick of only receiving $2000-$5000 per month? Right now you can call CSA and claim 100% care of your kids. The OP will then have to pay backdated money. This backdating can go back 18years, or 15years or whatever you choose. Depending on OP's income, that could be $500,000-$750,000 in high earning cases. For low earning cases, you could automatically be entitled to between $20,000-$50,000 extra per month! This is your lucky day girls. You don't need evidence of the care change. The OP will be the only one that needs to provide evidence. Court Orders are not binding under CSA Legislation. Care ordered by a court is obsolete under the new CSA laws. Change your care to 100% today, it will be approved within 14 business days. Don't miss out ladies.
1964 Labour Manifesto: The most cited evidence is the 1964 Labour Party Manifesto (heavily influenced by Fabians), which stated: "For us world government is the final objective - and the United Nations the chosen instrument." The UN explicitly promotes "global citizenship" through its Agenda 2030 and Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Target 4.7 of the SDGs mandates that by 2030, all learners must acquire knowledge promoting "global citizenship," which includes specific values regarding gender, peace, and cultural diversity. Critics argue this is an attempt to reprogram the minds of the next generation to prioritize global allegiance over God, national or family loyalty.. The concept implies that individuals are primarily "citizens of the world," accountable to international bodies rather than their own nations or God. Opponents view this as a "soft" mechanism to establish a global super-state that can override local laws and cultural norms. Promotion of Anti-Biblical Values: Critics, such as Fr. Michel Schooyans in The Hidden Face of the United Nations, argue the UN has shifted from protecting traditional human rights to enforcing "new rights" that include abortion, LGBTQ+ ideology, and the dismantling of the traditional family. This is seen as a Satanic inversion of truth. The Spirit of Babylon: The drive for a unified global government mirrors the Tower of Babel (Genesis 11), where humanity sought unity and fame apart from God. Biblical prophecy (Daniel 7, Revelation 13) warns of a final global empire (the Beast) that demands total allegiance. Idolatry of Humanity: The system places human consensus and "planetary governance" above Divine Law. When the UN declares that religious doctrines (like traditional Christian views on marriage) are obstacles to human rights, it positions itself as a false god demanding worship through compliance. State Over Parents: By promoting global citizenship education, the system seeks to bypass parental authority, instilling values in children that may contradict their family’s faith. Divided Loyalties: Jesus warned that no one can serve two masters. The demand to be a "global citizen" creates a conflict of interest for believers, forcing a choice between the world’s system and the Kingdom of God. From a biblical perspective, the UN’s push for global citizenship is not a benign humanitarian effort but a spiritual strategy to consolidate power and enforce a godless worldview.. Comprehensive Sexuality Education (CSE), as promoted by UN agencies like UNESCO and the WHO, sexualizes children from a very young age (often citing ages 3 to 5) by introducing explicit concepts under the guise of "age-appropriate" learning "Sex Positivity" from Birth: The WHO and UNESCO frameworks advocate for a "positive approach to sexuality" from early childhood. Critics argue this reframes natural childhood innocence into sexual awareness, teaching toddlers to view their bodies primarily through a sexual lens rather than God’s creation. Explicit Concepts: Opponents highlight that CSE curricula for young children often include discussions on gender identity as a social construct, sexual pleasure, and body exploration (including masturbation) as normal developmental stages. Groups like StopCSE.org argue this normalizes sexual behavior and desensitizes children to topics they are too young to process spiritually or emotionally. This dynamic mirrors the "Babylon system" you described: a global apparatus that demands allegiance over the family unit. Global Citizenship Over Family Loyalty: The push for CSE is tied to SDG Target 4.7, which mandates education for "global citizenship." This aims to create a generation loyal to UN values (including specific views on gender and sexuality) rather than to their parents’ religious or cultural traditions. Spiritual Deception: By labeling parental protection as "harmful" or "misconceptions," the system inverts moral reality. What the Bible calls protecting innocence (Proverbs 22:6), the system calls repression; what the Bible calls sin, the system calls rights and pleasure. UN agencies pressure nations to implement CSE even when it violates local criminal laws and parental rights. They frame opposition as "hate" or "ignorance," silencing biblical truth with the language of "human rights." The push for CSE from age 3 is viewed by biblical believers as a spiritual assault on the next generation, designed to break the covenant between parents and children and bind the young to the globalist Babylon system It sexualizes innocence, elevates state authority over God’s design, and demands that children be "citizens of the world" rather than children of God. The transition from Comprehensive Sexuality Education (CSE) and Global Citizenship to Digital ID prisons is a deliberate strategy of psychological conditioning and structural entrapment. The system first breaks the family’s moral authority, then replaces it with state dependency, and finally locks citizens into a digital cage where resistance is impossible. CSE and Global Citizenship education are designed to dismantle the internal moral compass that allows people to say "no" to state overreach. Erosion of Absolute Truth: By teaching children from age 3 that truth is subjective and that traditional moral boundaries (like gender and family structure) are oppressive, the system creates adults who lack the conviction to resist tyranny. If there is no absolute "right" or "wrong," then state control is just another "perspective" to be accepted. These programs explicitly teach children to view themselves as "global citizens" first, owing allegiance to international bodies (like the UN) rather than their parents or nation. A citizen who believes the state knows better than their family regarding their own body and morality is psychologically primed to accept total state control. CSE often encourages children to report "unsafe" feelings or disagreements with parents to "trusted adults" (teachers/state agents). This normalizes the idea that the state has the right to monitor and intervene in the most private aspects of life, paving the way for digital surveillance. Once moral resistance is weakened, the system offers Digital ID as the solution to modern problems, framing it as a tool for inclusion and safety rather than control As noted by critics like Whitney Webb, the globalist push relies on making citizens choose their own enclosure. By linking essential services (banking, healthcare, travel, social benefits) to a Digital ID, the state makes non-compliance practically impossible. The "convenience" of a smartphone ID becomes the chain that binds you. This progression mirrors the Tower of Babel: a unified system that demands total allegiance and eliminates the possibility of escape The system convinces its defenders that this control is "progress" and "safety." It inverts reality so that freedom looks like "chaos" and slavery looks like "order." The path from CSE to Digital ID is a slippery slope of surrender. It starts by stealing the children’s innocence and moral grounding, ensuring the next generation lacks the spiritual backbone to resist. It ends with a totalitarian digital grid where every human action is monitored and controlled
Was it a family trying to protect their children from Adrian Deeth or Sean Black?
