One Nation calls for Net Negative Immigration NOW - & continue it until every Australian has a bed & a roof
Daniel Cinzio is working voluntarily to assist Queensland’s homeless
He’s set up with other volunteers an amazing network of providers & volunteers
He sent the pictures & forwarded to me the text message below from volunteers on Brisbane’s northside. We spoke. He’s feeling disappointed, deeply worried, angry, frustrated, & exhausted with all levels of government. He sees that councils are trapped in a vice with the federal government’s inhuman, record immigration levels relentlessly squeezing people into homelessness
Here’s the text he received & forwarded:
“Copy and paste from a crew doing similar work to me on the north side of Brisbane for
The homeless.
Tonight I joined the Nourish Street crew at Grill'd to celebrate their 1-year anniversary.
It was great to see so many supporters — the energy was unreal.
While I was there, a frontline worker from a Specialist Housing Service (SHS) provider pulled me aside for a quiet chat.
They’re frustrated. They’re seeing upwards of 40 people a day needing help, and every day, the situation gets worse.
Their service has strict rules: no speaking to media, ministers, or on social media. That silence is part of the problem. What they told me tonight paints a grim picture for the future.
Staff are burning out. Many are walking away. Even this worker had to take time off to avoid a breakdown.
The new Immediate Housing Response (IHR) policy is making things even harder. If someone in a hotel says no to an offer of accommodation - could be a $290/week unregulated boarding house - they're cut off from support.
For context: JobSeeker is $390 a week. That’s 75% of their income just for rent.
These boarding houses are unregulated, profit-driven scams.
Caretakers aren't qualified. Bullying and exploitation are rife. When someone finally leaves, they often lose their bond too - and because they’re back on the streets, they don't have the capacity to fight it..
The owners? Pocketing the profits off human suffering.
The SHS worker told me they feel like a messenger for bad news. That’s it. People come into this sector wanting to make a difference, but the system forces them to crush hope instead of build it.
They can't speak publicly, but I can.
Our elected officials are failing us.
We must demand:
Immediate increases in SHS funding
New crisis accommodation facilities
Opening of large amounts of supported living for complex cases
Massive investment in social housing, built now
This is an emergency.
Silence is complicity.
We must act.”

Homelessness is looked at as a crime. Fastest growing demographics of homelessness found in every age group in Australia. We need zero immigration till our resources catch up. Is the reason for mass immigration to pay off Victoria's debt? Is the rest of the country suffering because of our debt?!
Albo won't care, he's just out buying new private jets.
Won't worry Albo, he has his mansion on the hill.
I think this is all deliberate by the government. You will own nothing and you will be happy. This is just the beginning, things will get a lot worse.
Travelling around Qld last winter in a Campervan was distressing... being witness to the high level of homelessness. Obviously it is easier due to temperatures to be homeless in Qld though it can be very cold at night inland in winter. And there are homeless all over our big country. We definitely need to stop immigration until this issue is dealt with. I feel the Government is addicted to the immigration fees and votes.
First I’d love to know where in Australia is rent only $290 a week??? Second net zero needs to continue not only till everyone has a bed and a roof but also till everyone has a decent income. That will take a lot longer to achieve and is a much better goal to aim for as it will automatically result in a decent quality of life. A bed and a roof could be a jail cell!!
Why not repurpose the decommissioned cruise ships? They have everything on board to utilise. The government could off the cruise lines a tax deduction to donate them.
Yet the MSM is silent on this issue of our people living in tents Where is the labour lovers , oh that’s right doing sweet FA
What is the overpriced covid camp called Welcamp at Toowoomba doing sitting empty. Cost taxpayers millions of dollars. One thousand bed facility doing nothing.
We need to provide shelter to Aussies first and foremost and make it possible for young people to afford homes 🏡 then you can bring people in when there is sufficient infrastructure and excess homes built to support it
Absolutely....but they won't....gotta buy votes
absolutely must happen
This is an autocracy no one listens to the people, with Hail Albanese in charge. Comrade Prime Minister is seriously a DANGEROUS NUTTER
Increase the value of housing... increase the rent too... investors not helping the situation increase the price rapidly..too much to afford by young... there's more demand of housing and our population is increasing... build more housing.. just don't rely on private...is not good enough...more apartment close to city...close to work and buses...
It's happening in every state, and most won't be having winter days of sunshine most of qld have. Disgusting the way we are fed issues of other countries and are supposed to ignore what's going on in our own country.
I know of people in a 3 bedroom house by themselves It seems a common thing people receive a 3 bedroom house when they had a larger family and believe it theirs and won’t move out to a small 1 bedroom Many families struggling could move into these larger homes but the housing commission jus ignores this
Managed decline
Massive investments going to Olympics preparation
It’s not just homelessness we should be worried about, the biggest risk being faced by countries with immigration is the violence and security risks. Seriously who believes those billionaires can’t fix problems in every country with housing and feeding their own when governments and the elites are spending billions on gold, weapons and medicines? None of it adds up? Shouldn’t we be asking why they are not doing this? How can so many countries get it right and so many not?
While Albos on 11k a week
Warehouses are empty. Biscuit factory Gympie Road Kedron. Truck mounted ablution block and showers. Military style kitchens to feed people. It can happen if we the people demand it.
why do we have vans in parks with 180 day rules when have such a housing shortage ?
Senator Malcolm Roberts I have a friend who is stuck in a DV controlling relationship and has witnessed first-hand exactly what/where "help" is available, and I'm telling you that there isn't any "help" at all, unless you're a mother with young children or you're elderly or disabled. Fair enough for those people, however, what about everyone else who's suffering? She has tried engaging with external "help" to escape and met roadblock after roadblock and has had no choice left but to return to that DV relationship just to be off the streets where she was existing! There is NO immediate assistance for DV, NONE! All the lies from govt about funding and assistance for leaving a DV relationship is absolute BULLSHIT. Months of waiting for supposed assistance, no payments for Victims Assistance for a minimum of 4 months...FOUR MONTHS!?? No long-term emergency accommodation, you get 2 nights somewhere then you're turfed to the streets. She slept in sand dunes and woke to the ocean lapping her body, drenching it. In the "emergency accommodation" she was surrounded by addicts shooting up drugs, alcoholics aplenty, young children running wild up and down corridors all night and day, fighting etc...THERE IS NO HELP! She has been forced to return to that DV controlling and very coercive relationship just to have a bed away from the above-mentioned and to be back with an absolute creep of a man, because, THERE IS NO HELP, especially for anyone wanting/needing to escape DV!!
labelling all housing providers as criminals doesn't help. I've run a share house. mistakes allowing bad tenants in (stop paying rent, damage property, abuse others, cause disturbances) then blatantly lie about everything, resulting in accusations of illegal boarding house. the reality is some are unemployable and have mental health issues requiring supervised housing/living arrangements. even then, some can't coexist with others, turning to violence, then playing the victims card. when there is a Labor shortage, these "homeless" need an ultimatum, go to work or be pushed out housing. they aren't disabled. it's a difficult debate. sure. be honest tho : many of these 'homeless' need a wake up call.
There is now a tent city at North McLean (Jimboomba) 100% government induced
Climate policies are hitting your electricity prices hard
Next shock: What will happen when Labor cannot continue stealing taxpayer money for its Energy Relief payments now hiding rampant electricity price rises from solar & wind subsidies? 🤦
What a shock that will be 😡
... See MoreSee Less
No matter what side of the climate debate anyone sits, in Australia, this is needless.
Labor voters deserve all they get, shame the smart people have to suffer because of their stupid decisions.
Only going to get worse under Albo
You get what you vote for
They should take a leaf out of Donald Trump‘s policy no climate change because he thinks it’s a hoax and get out of the WHO he is working for American people and the Australian government should follow suit🥂
No no no. The Australian must have it all wrong. Didn’t Albo say the power costs will decrease, and he should know, because the renewables are cheaper then coal ect. Maybe he can take a trip to China and see where their power comes from.
The people voted for this
Yet in China less than $20 a month in bills.....why can we give them cheap fuel but not have it here?
People voted for Labors ongoing make Australia poor policy.
And council Rate Levy....Tax, Tax, Tax! That's all Labor are good for
Nothing to see here...... the stupidity of the Australian voter has shown they approve of continually paying MORE for less.
Also, a lot of the time, QLD sends NSW around 1,000MW, how far away from a Spain are we?
We let other countries burn our fossil fuels, but not the citizens, the owners
Now that Chris Bowen has retained his portfolio it will only become more expensive because they will keep pushing the renewables which is making electricity more expensive not cheaper as they promised.
And it will continue to rise dramatically while the clown bowen chases net zero.
As blackout Bowen said, the silent majority voted for him to continue his net zero bs, they voted for an incompetent fool that has failed in every portfolio he's handled, and he's exceeded himself this time
Yes..Señator M Roberts..Apparently - tomoŕrow "the rains aŕe coming" to Ceñtral and Western Vic - just for a few daÿs ..(Barely enough to fill a 22. Gallon tank..in the middle of the Gibson Desert..) My thoughts and concêrns for the future - are now for "our young ones.." However - accordimg to many politicians AND Social Media -'[aka : Fb; Tik Tok:And Instagram - jiust to name a few sites..].the thoughts and opnions of "our grey haired Generation" don't matter - at alll" Grrr...
And yet they still vote Labor, how is that?
Australian voters need a taste of much higher power prices that are coming to realise what they have done.
Brought to you by Bonehead Bowen and the Labor Party, enjoy the blackouts.
Wondering when the Australians are going to start to break into the grid and start stealing power like they do in Indonesia only a matter of time.
60 percent increase. It's ok government has planned 13 percent savings over 10 years says Jim(not so charming) Chalmers. Now I'm not sure which school Jim attended, but when I was at school, by his maths we are still paying a 50 percent increase. The maths isn't mathing and the con isn't working!!
Absolutely spot on. The so-called “Energy Relief” is just a short-term bandaid to cover up a long-term disaster. When the subsidies run out — and they will — families will be left with sky-high power bills and no real solution. Labor isn’t delivering affordable energy. They’re delaying the pain… and hoping we don’t notice. 😤
There's a lot more to the cost of electricity than the electricity bills we pay. The "capacity investment scheme" gives renewables operators guaranteed minimum revenues - without which they wouldn't be viable. They do the same with coal/gas powered plants too, because those cannot be profitable due to competition from renewables. Taxpayers are propping up the entire house of cards.
Things going well. People voted for this and Chris Bowen has a mandate to make power even more expensive. Chris works very hard so power prices should rise very quickly
I questioned the Department of Parliamentary Services about the concerning departure of former Secretary Rob Stefanic who I questioned over serious issues previously. The President confirmed he was terminated due to "lost trust and confidence" - but both the President and current Secretary Ms Hinchcliffe dodged questions about whether Mr Stefanic intercepted a public interest disclosure letter, potentially contradicting his court affidavit.
Even more troubling: 14 senior executives have left DPS in just three years. This follows my previous questioning about serious cultural issues within the department.
As your Senator, I remain committed to ensuring proper oversight of taxpayer-funded positions. The Australian public deserves full transparency about what occurred under Mr Stefanic's leadership and exactly why he was asked to step down, especially given his $478,000 salary was funded by taxpayers.
I'll continue pushing for accountability. If you're a current or former DPS staffer with concerns, you can contact me confidentially at senator.roberts@aph.gov.au

All they do is go round and round in circles and they can never answer the question honestly I don’t know what they’re being paid for when they don’t know the answer. It is very frustrating for the Australian people.🤮
Give em heaps....under Australian legislation all Government departments are to be audited & if they cannot answer & show processes they then need to show cause why they should not be demoted or terminated.🤬🤬🤬 I don't believe that has changed.
Why was he terminated on what basis. For them to lose trust and confidence in that Secretary and in turn terminated his job they know the reason. Stop dodging the question SACK THEM BOTH
They are working very hard to not answer the questions the senator is asking,
Well done Senator Malcolm Roberts as always.
I’ve lost trust & confidence in the whole lot of them 🤬
The President has no idea and not in control so she should step down in this role and not get any government payout.. she is lying or incompetent
Restore trust and confidence🤣🙄. So, admitting that ppl have lost confidence, but won't address the situation that caused the prob. Like councils, just sweep it all under the carpet, we don't know, we are moving on 🤦♀️🤬🥱wt absolute f? Utter bs. Thank God for You Senator Malcolm Roberts 🙏
It’s always middle aged women or rainbow lanyard wearing men answering the questions who the hell employs these people? They never know the answers to basic questions
OMG they didn’t even want to take it on notice, that’s new they just didn’t want to know about it. Speaks volumes. 🙈🙉 great work Senator
You do a fantastic job, but why do we never see the accountability?
DPS cover up
Why and how do we have IMBECILES in these positions. It’s obvious that they haven’t graduated from primary school, so how did the ever manage to get a position in the government. How and why are they not Terminated and on the dole.
Taxpayers pay their wages .
I want to know why many departments collect funds when the constitution states clearly all fees fines and levies must go into consolidated revenue of the commonwealth of Australia consolidated revenue, there is no law that allows funds to go to states or other corporations.
What a fkn joke!!!!! What is her job..... FFS..... No you have not answered the question. And they are being paid..... you would think they should be up to speed with why they lost confidence in him..... otherwise step down and get someone in there that can do the job
I'm am disgusted continuously at the outright arrogance displayed at these enquires whether it's Renwick or Roberts pursuing transparency and accountability and no straight answers, are given. I'd like to see a top gun QC in a court room go after these people and bring an end to this bs. Oh I think it's a king now so KC not queens councillor.
She looks like, she don't give a f... 😕
They are embarrassingly incompetent
Yes we want to know what’s going on.
In fact Senator Roberts could you please find out and tell the public how much taxpayers money do these people get per year.. I do hope it’s nothing like they know.. Sargent Shultz. I know nothing.. Nothing..
No accountability, glad your drilling them to be accountable.
Good work Malcolm. Cheers.
The swamp at its best we need to clean the public service out.
Regardless of whatever political colour, I want transparency and accountability in all areas of political/bureaucratic scope. It’s not your money!
BREAKING: YouTube has suddenly banned me from uploading, posting or live streaming for two weeks
The reason given is dozens of videos, some more than 6 months old, that have only now been flagged as an issue.
This includes multiple videos calling for a COVID Royal Commission.
Thank you for meme, David
I co-signed the Digital ID Repeal Bill alongside Senators Antic, Babet, Canavan, Hanson and Rennick, which was introduced into the Senate earlier today.
