Why would you shut down an operating power station??
Nothing says “shit show” like what you and your mates have done with this country. You can’t start talking a big now, you’ve already stood by for the last 50yrs watching your paedophile mates sell us out.
Congratulations Dr Pierre Kory on your court victory
Returning medical freedoms to American doctors
Thank you to Australian doctor My-Le Trinh for standing up for Australian doctors & patients
We continue to support you.
We wish you success here in your brave legal campaign to restore Australian medical freedom, doctors’ rights & patients’ rights
Medical freedoms that are nearly 3,000 years old and ended in Australia during dishonest federal & state response to Covid

I see what you're referring to 🙏 Here’s the context on both doctors: ### *Dr. Pierre Kory - US* - *Who he is*: Critical care doctor, co-founder of FLCCC. Became prominent in 2020 for Senate testimony advocating ivermectin for COVID-19. - *What happened*: - *2023*: American Board of Internal Medicine revoked his 3 board certifications for "spreading false or inaccurate medical information" about COVID - *2025-2026*: Kory was part of _Kory v. Bonta_, a lawsuit challenging California’s AB 2098 law that let the Medical Board punish doctors for “misinformation”. The case went to SCOTUS as No. 24-932 - *April 20, 2026*: The Supreme Court *DENIED* the petition. So the case was not taken up. - *Other legal win cited by supporters*: A separate 2023 appeals court ruling in _Apter v. FDA_ revived a lawsuit against the FDA over its “You are not a horse” ivermectin campaign. The court said “FDA is not a physician. It has authority to inform, announce, and apprise—but not to endorse, denounce, or advise”. Kory spoke about that case publicly. So supporters frame it as a "court victory for medical freedom" because courts pushed back on government speech and state misinformation laws. ### *Dr. My-Le Trinh - Australia* She’s a Melbourne GP who became known during COVID for: - Speaking out against vaccine mandates and lockdowns - Supporting doctors’ rights to prescribe off-label treatments - Running a legal campaign/challenge around medical board restrictions and patient choice in Australia There isn’t a single finalized court ruling in her name yet that’s widely reported, but she’s active in advocacy groups supporting doctors facing complaints to AHPRA/Medical Board for COVID-era statements and prescriptions. ### *The bigger claim in your message* “Medical freedoms that are nearly 3,000 years old and ended in Australia during dishonest federal & state response to Covid” That reflects the view from groups like FLCCC, AAPS, and Australian doctors supporting Trinh: that pandemic policies led to unprecedented restrictions on off-label prescribing, public statements, and patient consent. --- *Bottom line*: - Kory’s ABIM certifications were revoked, not restored. The main SCOTUS case was denied in April 2026. - Supporters _are_ celebrating the FDA “You are not a horse” lawsuit and other state-level pushes as wins for doctor speech. - Dr. My-Le Trinh is continuing legal/advocacy work in Australia around the same issues.
We definately need it here also
Time to rein AHPRA in.
We need this in Australia IMMEDIATELY
Malcom is having a bit of a rough time in the media at the moment, but on balance he does a good job. Sometimes being being highly intelligent can ruin a politician’s political life.
Bravo. Government should never come between doctor-patient privilege with politics.
Dr Trinh and Dr Kory are Hero’s . Australians of the year I reckon
Australia next please !
A great cause Malcom… the censorship of medical professionals using threats of de-registration should never be allowed to happen in this (or any other country) ever again! Keep fighting the good fight 👏
Should never have happened anywhere . Now what’s needed is to make an example of those that caused the harms . Only this will stop similar happening again !
So important the health of Australians is paramount thanks My-Le Trinh and Malcolm for keeping us informed.
Such good news. Next...
That’s a huge win 👌
Pelicans all unite
6 years too late
Dr Kory you are a true American hero.
Fantastic news!
Needs to happen in Australia
Great news Pierre
Thankyou. Bring medical freedom back to all health professionals in Australia
Should never have happened in the first place. Congratulations Dr Pierre Kory. 🙌 truth teller from the start.
Fantastic result 👏🏼 governments are not qualified in such matters.

Since when was being a doctor some sort of guarantee against being a scammer. Or against mental illness. Or against scamming people WITH mental illness. I mean, if it’s good enough for One Nation senators…..
I asked Creative Australia why Aboriginal orgnisations are receiving such an out-of-proportion share of arts funding.
Their own annual report shows $32.1 million in First Nations investments out of a $285.8 million funding pool - over 10%, roughly three times the proportion of Aboriginal Australians.
Promoting Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander art is important and no one disputes that. But why is it treated as more important than promoting any other form of art?
Proportion matters.
If it doesn't - isn't that just more divisive?
... See MoreSee Less
This is why people will vote one nation though, because the current system is not equal to all, it IS divisive. One nation want to change that and live under one banner; one nation! Where Everyone will be treated equal.
Good question Malcolm. We should all be being treated equal, not more for one than the other. Let's step into today, and be united as ALL Australians and not them and us. How are any of us able to get along as equals if we aren't treated as such.
What percentage are actually First Nations orgs? These investments may also be going to non First Nation orgs
Well I am of Aboriginal descendant. From Perth WA and down to the South West of WA...dot painting only came about in the late 1980s when a few of the boys were imprisoned, this is not a traditional art style for all aboriginal people but only certain groups, definitely not from the Southern region of Western Australia...✌️...
The equality doesn’t exist here. There are certain categories that aren’t even happy when they are more equal than everyone else
So we can have more crap dot paintings.
SENSUS , tick the box, we want some paint brushes
Perhaps it recognises returns on investment. Our indigenous art is sought out by collectors from around the world. Unfortunately, quite a few artists have been ripped off by art dealers so government assistance to streamline the link from artist to buyers is a positive thing.
they are not first nations they are aboriginal in my opinion
You say there should be equality but you keep labelling us and separating us into a box of being undeserving because we are Aboriginal. If you just say we are Australians and we get grants to do projects can it be of our Culture and our art or No we aren’t allowed to display this and it has to die out? If so then why are there different categories within the creative industry and they can get grants but we can’t because we are Aboriginal? Make it make sense.
10%? So, what's the real problem here Malcolm.
ON is proposing a much needed audit into spending on Australian Aboriginal projects. The lack of available information for these performing arts highlights the need for an overall audit on spending
If we want to achieve equity, it means that at times equality needs to be shelved. It is not really a difficult concept to grasp! But then again, for some it is obviously beyond them🤪
My local art space had an aboriginal who dealt with applications of artist that do exhibitions in the space, we seem to have alot of exhibitions that I feel is not suitable for kids as they seem to display a hell of a lot of anger and items of violence with a subtext of stolen gen and so on. It’s just a narrative that is constantly on the schedule so yep lots need funding and favouritism needs just as much aggressiveness to look into it. Fair go has long gone. Funding is of no surprise
Well come on down and Show ME the $37,000,000.00 million dollar work of art! Piece of art! I wanna see it.............please!!
All the palms that need greasing
Its called 'equity' You might want to google it. I have crayons somewhere if you need illustrations 👍
Hmmmm, so 90% goes to non-indigenous art projects
I’m keen to know where the promoting is happening at that cost as I seen stuff all. Or does that simply mean purchasing
Those organisations aren't even represented by first nation people... they're a hoax... just ask Steve Dimopoulos MP in Victoria who rorted taxpayer funds to proposed MTB organisations that posed as indigenous... I had no idea MTBs were ridden thousands of years ago or on any rock carvings... do you?
Yes 👍 One flag One language One set of laws One type of welfare One “general” culture One Nation
Like just about every think that the government supports the imbalance between what "Aboriginal's" receive and what the rest receive is ridiculous. Why is the rest of Australians treated like second rate citizens?
Location, expense, importance of the artwork to the nation.
This is such a strange way to read an arts budget. Aboriginal Australians are about 3.8% of the population, therefore Aboriginal art should get about 3.8% of arts funding? By that logic, every art form should be funded according to how many Australians personally belong to that group. That’s not how arts funding works. First Nations art also covers culture, heritage, language and traditions that exist nowhere else in the world. Funding decisions are based on projects, cultural value and need, not a population pie chart. Malcolm has found a percentage, divided it by another percentage, and apparently decided that’s an argument.
wow a public servant who answered questions instead of taking things on notice give that man a medal whether you agree with them or not
