The national average house price in Australia has hit a record high.
Working families are sleeping in their cars, tent cities have emerged all over Queensland and two-thirds of young Australians believe they will never own a home.
One Nation has the answers:
➡️ END mass migration.
➡️ Ban foreign ownership and make foreign owners sell to Australians.
➡️ GST moratorium on building materials to save 10%.
➡️ Simplify construction code to cut costs.
➡️ Allow superannuation investment NOT withdrawal in home purchases.
➡️ Establish government-issued 30-year fixed mortgages at 5% interest.
➡️ Roll HECS debt into affordable mortgages.

You never see or hear of homeless immigrants and so called refugees.
The horse has bolted, it's great to be in the market.
All by design
Paul Keating really got the ball going for where Australia stands now...I'm in my 60s now, I work harder and longer to make what I did 20 years ago..I'm worn out.
Oh what fun Albo will have when he introduces an unrealised gain tax on the value of your home.
So your saying that all houses in Australia are 1 million or over? What area are you taking about? because you can still buy a house under a million
No roll back of negative gearing?
It is in Labor’s political best interest to have 33% of the nation as renters as that is their voting base
About time someone allows you to buy your home in your superannuation....
I have a question about the use super to buy a house (on the face of it, a good idea) But what happens to the money used from super if the purchaser then sells the house?
😂 whatever goes up -must come down- and when it comes down- it’s going to be murder
Albeaclown won't be happy until we are all living in tents. What is he thinking ?
Usury in Christendom, the Mortal Sin that was and Now is Not: A Study of the Rise of the Money Power in the West Book by Michael A. Hoffman II For most of the first 1500 years of Christianity usury, the lending of money at interest, was unanimously condemned by the Fathers of the Early Church, and by popes, councils and saints, as a damnable sin equivalent to robbery and even murder. Any interest on loans of money, not just exorbitant interest, was defined de fide as a grave transgression against God and man. Hoffman confronts the reader with a startling datum: the overthrow of magisterial dogma and the approval of scripture-twisting heresy occurred inside the Church centuries before the Enlightenment and the dawn of the modern era, culminating in the overthrow of divine truth; an epochal act of nullification. Usury in Christendom: The Mortal Sin that Was and Now is Not resurrects the suppressed biblical, patristic and medieval Catholic doctrine on interest on money, provides new information on the record of early Protestant resistance to the usury revolution, and the discernment, by Dante and other visionaries, of the sub-rosa connection between usury and a host of abominations that continue to plague us today. Western civilization was profoundly disfigured by the ecclesiastic exculpation of the charging of interest on debt. The result has been a pursuit of usurious profit unconstrained by the Word of God, the dogma of His true Church, and the consensus patrum of fifteen centuries. revisionistreview.blogspot.com/2011/12/usury-and-money-power.html?m=1 youtu.be/-dip7Lmf21s?si=GkdFytHwVE_i2-E7 The sin of Usury part 1 youtu.be/JM5csTZWBko?si=muiucSq2zxkVvx18 The sin of Usury part 2 Suprise Suprise it's the Catholic Church which allowed usury! In 1515, the Fifth Lateran Council, a major gathering of the Roman Catholic Church, addressed the issue of usury, which was the charging of interest on loans, a practice traditionally condemned as sinful. The Council acknowledged the practice while also defining it, and in doing so, it sought to create a framework that allowed for certain types of financial transactions that resembled lending without explicitly violating the prohibition against usury.
Too much logic here for the every day Aussie to understand
I can make it crash in easy steps Limit negative gearing - you can't negative gear say 3 or more homes. Ban foreign ownership and purchasing of property including farms and residential Force foreign owners to sell within the next 2 to 3 years, only Australian citizens can own Reduce income tax in rural areas to make relocation a better incentive Increase taxes on airbnb, make is so people who only get a tenant every 2 weeks lose money and either sell the property or make it a rental
Time to look at negative gearing
Usury Lending or borrowing is a sin. It's one of the worst sins. 1 Timothy 6:10 KJV For the love of money is the root of all evil: which while some coveted after, they have erred from the faith, and pierced themselves through with many sorrows. Luke 6:34-36 KJV 34 And if ye lend to them of whom ye hope to receive, what thank have ye? for sinners also lend to sinners, to receive as much again. 35 But love ye your enemies, and do good, and lend, hoping for nothing again; and your reward shall be great, and ye shall be the children of the Highest: for he is kind unto the unthankful and to the evil. 36 Be ye therefore merciful, as your Father also is merciful. The First Council of Nicaea in 325, forbade clergy from engaging in usury Forasmuch as many enrolled among the Clergy, following covetousness and lust of gain, have forgotten the divine Scripture, which says, "He has not given his money upon usury" [Ezek. xviii, 8], and in lending money ask the hundredth of the sum [as monthly interest], the holy and great Synod thinks it just that if after this decree any one be found to receive usury, whether he accomplish it by secret transaction or otherwise, as by demanding the whole and one half, or by using any other contrivance whatever for filthy lucre's sake, he shall be deposed from the clergy and his name stricken from the list. (canon 17). At the time, usury was interest of any kind, and the canon forbade the clergy to lend money at interest rates even as low as 1 percent per year. Later ecumenical councils applied this regulation to the laity. Lateran III decreed that persons who accepted interest on loans could receive neither the sacraments or Christian burial. Nearly everywhere the crime of usury has become so firmly rooted that many, omitting other business, practise usury as if it were permitted, and in no way observe how it is forbidden in both the Old and New Testament. We therefore declare that notorious usurers should not be admitted to communion of the altar or receive christian burial if they die in this sin. Whoever receives them or gives them christian burial should be compelled to give back what he has received, and let him remain suspended from the performance of his office until he has made satisfaction according to the judgment of his own bishop. (canon 25) The Council of Vienne made the belief in the right to usury a heresy in 1311, and condemned all secular legislation that allowed it. The Westminster Larger Catechism, part of the Westminster Standards held as doctrinal documents by Presbyterian churches, teaches that usury is a sin prohibited by the eighth commandment, Thou shalt not steal. The 1917 Code of Canon Law instructed church administrators to set aside funds to be "invested profitably". It permitted lending with interest under normal legal conditions as long as excessive interest was not charged. Rules around usury in the church were being changed which is why in modern times usury is normalised. Deuteronomy 23:19-20 KJV 19 Thou shalt not lend upon usury to thy brother; usury of money, usury of victuals, usury of any thing that is lent upon usury: 20 Unto a stranger thou mayest lend upon usury; but unto thy brother thou shalt not lend upon usury: that the Lord thy God may bless thee in all that thou settest thine hand to in the land whither thou goest to possess it. Psalm 15:5 KJV 5 He that putteth not out his money to usury, nor taketh reward against the innocent. He that doeth these things shall never be moved. Jeremiah 15:10 KJV 10 Woe is me, my mother, that thou hast borne me a man of strife and a man of contention to the whole earth! I have neither lent on usury, nor men have lent to me on usury; yet every one of them doth curse me. Being a lender or borrower upon usury is not allowed. Ezekiel 18:13 KJV 13 Hath given forth upon usury, and hath taken increase: shall he then live? he shall not live: he hath done all these abominations; he shall surely die; his blood shall be upon him. The harshest verse in the bible about usury that one's ultimate fete is death.
It’s all good though. Aussies are sleeping tough, but every immigrant, no matter legal or illegal, are all being well cared for
The unfortunate truth is the houses are not getting more expensive. It is due to our dollar becoming less valuable.
Agree with all except Gov 30 year mortgages at 5% - rates should be left to the market not set by Gov and backed/subsidised by the people.
Worry it's all too late. Damage is done.😪
Hows your wage going?
But, do we really own our homes? How is it that if council rates are not paid, they can sell your house to recover debt! Banks & Gov't are the only ones who do 100% own a property!!
Seems like Unrealised gains is coming for us all
Great plan Malcolm. I'm all for all the above

Searching, searching....where's that magic spell that makes me disappear?......
What he means to say is, " Senator, the inappropriate and corrupt practices where already well entrenched when I took on this role, and I have merely provided brooms and carpet to all of those involved. I hope they can sweep it all under the carpet."
Don't you call that a smell of a laundry.
When you’ve got muppets with no idea running the show what else can you expect 😩

Honestly, where's the accountability? Surely there should be independent performance reviews for all bureaucrats and politicians, right? 🤷♀️
May be the 'Hunter class ships' should be a paper clip or a stapler. Then better records may be kept.
Is the Albanese Labor government plotting to steal your rights and your money? ... See MoreSee Less
Not plotting....stealing.
They probably are.
I jumped onto a herald sun thread & started to explain what tactics Labor are going to use to win the next state elections. The pages madly started to delete the questions & answers I was giving the bloke!🤣😅😂🤣🤣

Sounds very similar to: The Australia Card was a proposal for a national identification card for Australian citizens and resident foreigners. The proposal was made in 1985, and abandoned in 1987. "Many Australians may object to this option on the basis of privacy concerns. It could be viewed as a digital version of the unpopular Australia Card initiative, which was rejected in 1987, or the Access Card, which was terminated in 2007." Page 795, second last paragraph, of the Annotated Constitution of the Australian Commonwealth clearly states: the burden of authority has to be proven by those who are asserting any authority. Those sitting in our parliament’s, whether lawful or not, are now blatantly disregarding our Commonwealth Constitution and its processes, let alone the Will of the people for whom they actually work for. When will you start quoting from our Commonwealth of Australia Constitution Act 1900 UK, Or are you standing by your statement at Epic in Canberra, that we are basically being run as a de facto republic- to quote your own words? 🤔
You have lost the plot
How can we stop it
Of course they are,
Unless you rich greedy .no problems. Albo helps average Jo blo ✅✅😁
We just had an ELECTION!
With less than 34 % of Australian support 🤬 The system is broken and no political party or leader is willing to fix it
Absolutely! "You will own nothing"...
If they keep pushing this crap there will be nothing left for them to steal. We are all fed up with idiots in positions of power who have no clue how to run a country .
Can a should stand up. Im still waiting Australia.. when are we protesting to get our rights back. Peacefully of course
2030...you'll own nothing and be happy. The super unrealised earning tax is mainly aimed at farmers with their property inside self managed funds. When they can't afford it they will have to sell and there goes our food security. Our friend Bill already owns over 50% of farm land in the US. Why do you think he keeps coming here and meeting Albo?
We will need instruction on how to stand up to them.
