I know the focus is to build homes for people, but would it be feasible to obtain land areas just out of smallish towns and put tiny homes on them, make little villages 50- 100 homes of various sizes, this would be much cheaper than 3 to 4 bedroom homes and much quicker to set up, shipping containers can be made into small homes as well and delivered on trucks

There is a critical mass issue in my opinion. Its about keeping our values and national character.
