Short title This Act may be cited as the Corrupt Public Servant Correction Act 2026. 2. Application This Act applies to any person who, while employed as a public servant of the Commonwealth or a State or Territory, has been finally convicted of a corruption offence involving the misuse of public office for personal gain. 3. Immediate consequences upon conviction Upon such conviction the court shall order that: (a) all cash, bank accounts, real property, vehicles, investments and other assets of the convicted person are forfeited to the Commonwealth; (b) the convicted person shall thereafter wear only a bright orange jumpsuit (no other clothing permitted); and (c) the convicted person shall be required to ask Australian people politely publicly for food in designated areas, relying solely on the charity of the Australian people. 4. Failure to comply If the convicted person fails or refuses to ask Australian people politely for food as required under section 3 (c), or is found to have obtained food by any other means. The court shall order that the person be confined to a designated waterhole in the geographic centre of Australia for such a period as the court thinks fit. 5. Administration The Minister may make regulations prescribing the exact shade of orange, the locations of begging zones, and the coordinates of the designated central waterhole, and basic needs. 6.
