I spoke with Ms. Spence from the Civil Aviation Safety Authority (CASA) and raised the issue of the agency's poor history of integrity and transparency when handling complaints from industry stakeholders, including Mr. Geoff Barker. I pointed out that the Fair Work Commission had found that Mark Lewis, a disgruntled former employee of Geoff Barker and current CASA employee, had taken adverse action against Geoff Barker and had lied during Commission proceedings.
Ms. Spence admitted that CASA should have handled matters better regarding Mr. Barker; however, she declined to specify what should have been done differently or what changes would be implemented following the completion of internal investigations. She stated that CASA is currently
investigating assertions that Mr. Lewis and Mr. Scott Duffy provided false and misleading evidence to the Commission while knowing that information to be untrue.
Furthermore, Ms. Spence confirmed that CASA has chosen not to release the independent probe into its remotely piloted aircraft system, which was completed in December 2021. When I requested access to the report, Ms. Spence took the request on notice.
I raised the question of whether CASA could still be trusted, given the volume of complaints regarding its lack of ethics and persistent abuse of authority.

Senator, I wrote to you, in detail, a while back about CASA. I followed this up with a call to your office and was assured of a reply. However, I have not had the courtesy of a response. So is this all hot air from you for PR purposes, or would you like some actual assistance in achieving a meaningful result? All good either way, but if you want to achieve change, maybe engage with SMEs who have direct experience of working with CASA and other aviation regulators from around the world.
What Arrangements ? Credibility & Integrity in Question .
Her face reddened the more she was questioned.
She is trying to cover up the allegations by watering it down
Great work Senator Malcolm Roberts 👍🇦🇺
Isn't it true that Senator Malcolm Roberts makes a lot of very serious and specific accusations that are practically all false?
Always take on notice . Answer a bluddy question 🤦♀️🤦♀️🤬🤬
What qualifications do you have in the field ?
Clayton’s answers
Using vague or convoluted language to downplay a guilty criminal act—Ms Spence just answer yes that is true, Senator Roberts.
Can we clone Mr Malcolm Roberts a few times so we can start cleaning up all our corrupt industries!
I ddo not except!! Is that all she can say!!!
They can't just answer truthfully , always go around in circles , Magoo must run a class
Its rather funny that you're attacking CASA in light of Hanson's recent gift. Covering all bases?
Malcolm do the lizard people have access to aircraft yet?

Let me guess all the extra new cars are all EV's
The things around their neck says it all.
You’ve only got more choices if you want a Chinese hybrid or EV
Hilux Deisel is vehicle of choice in the bush. So what now?
OK he list the number of cars how many of them was electric and how many are hybrids
Driving us away from fuel and down the road of electric, then 15min cities...
The SECOND he started talking you know he knew FK ALL about engine or even cars...
I’d love one of them. Toyota is one of the most reliable cars in Australia.
This is a conspiracy theory; Is there any design between say for example BYD and Australia to oust Toyota from their place in Australia?
How many of the new vehicles brands are Chinese owned?
Bring back ford Holden made in Australia less shipping made in Australia less pollution as already here
It’s called Chinese crap cars
Don't see a AN ev towing my 3 ton caravan in the OUTBACK of AUSTRALIA. I will have to strap a 10 kw generator to my caravan to get between Diesel powered charging stations
Labour in new Zealand brout in a ute tax of around 5-7000$ per vehicles as the green/labour wanted tradies & farmers to use electric vehicles not gas guzzling utes .... Trouble is that affected a huge amount a farmers too Yet electric vehicles were govt subsidised 🤦🤦🤦 National dumped it after the got into power
Unless we want a baby land cruiser
Love the “Noxious emissions” classification 😂anything to demonise the best and cheapest fuel
Bring your own lanyard to work day…….?
If big boss xi owned half of Toyota it wouldn’t be a problem
Import it yourself you can buy vehicles from other countries just takes a few weeks to months before arrival and 80% of the time its heaps cheaper then buying in Australia. The car in Australia might come to around 70k but in the country that manufacturers the vehicle will always sell them cheaper so a 34k vehicle overseas but here in Australia the dealerships put 30 plus percent mark up which turns that 34k vehicle into 60 to 75k vehicle soon as it hits the dealership but if you import the vehicle yourself it's around 39 to 45k to Australia with shipping included for the overseas purchased 34k vehicle remember shop smart not dumb. Research all prior purchases and reviews to always getthe best pricing there's always someone willing to undercut someone else dog eat dog world we live in😉 👍
Senator Malcolm Roberts Here it is from Toyota themselves.. The 2026 Toyota LandCruiser FJ (dubbed "mini LandCruiser") is a new, RAV4-sized, ladder-frame 4WD set for a mid-2026 Japanese launch. Despite high demand, it is not planned for Australia due to its 2.7L petrol engine failing to meet local Euro 6d emissions regulations.
How many are EVs?
The cartel says no…
Ladies & Gentlemen: The reason why cars aren’t made in Australia.
Holden ?
More choices of the same type of vehicle (EV's) is not an increase in choice. It's government controlling what the consumer can buy rather than supplying the choices that consumers demand. America scrapped all these emissions requirements because they do nothing but increase the cost of the vehicle whilst achieving nothing else, and here the Australian government is increasing the ridiculous requirements.
Those who enter our country without gratitude and a desire to build, instead with "hatred in their heart" and a rejection of Australian values, the solution is not more surveillance — it's immediate deportation.
Replacing de-radicalisation therapy with boarding passes, ensures those threatening harm to us would be sent home "never to return."
The main focus should always be towards the protection and safety of Australians.

In the early history of Australia, Muslims came here and lived in harmony with the rest of the population. The Afghan settlers contributed to this country. They didn't demand the rest of the population change to suit their beliefs.

So what’s your point? What are you proposing?
Yes! You're so right Senator Malcolm Roberts And so much cheaper than keeping them here!
When are you leaving?
Bring it on.
In my experience, I can’t believe how many immigrants from Afghanistan & Iran say they are married but have different surnames Most also have a made up date of birth given to them by Australian immigration authorities. They are mostly the 01/01 or 31/12 and pick your year. 🤷🏼♀️🤷🏼♂️🤷🏼😉 ❤️🔮❤️
